This weeks the first time I tried calling my new agent that took over after Ava a few years back and unfortunately - no response. Tried yesterday morning, afternoon, 5 times today and it appears they're constantly "on the other line". Upon finally agreeing upon the contract with the dealership, I noticed it was hours past Brians's office hours (on a Saturday). Feeling dejected we couldn't walk out with the car, I emailed him with the expectation of him responding on the following Monday. Within 30 minutes, he got me setup with a new car policy, a rate, and I was able to walk out with the car. A little about my background: I moved to Illinois back in 2010 after accepting a job offer. Fast forward to 2020, he's been my agent through my first car purchase, my engagement ring coverage, my dog insurance, my first home purchase, and now my wife's car purchase. Worst insurance company ever! Got rear end with their customer, driver admitted it was their fault…read moreright away, took pictures at scene, their insurance information, phone number, driver license, etc.. file claim same day. After repair estimate completed by their authorized body shop and 2 weeks late, they denied my claim because they said I don't have dashcam video to prove it and they taught their customer to lie about what happened without any evidence to support their denial and not take any call from me. It is my lesson to trust those dishonest people. If you face any accident caused by a driver insured by them, call police at accident scene. TAKE VIDEO AS EVIDENCE AT SCENE, BECAUSE THEY ARE LIAR COMPANY.
