They never reached out to me about my appointment, which was on a monday. Then, a few days later some man called me and said "they were going to arrive to my place in 25 mins".. I was so confused but, since I had the time, I was okay with it. When they showed up, it was just two guys in a truck with a "repair kit", you could get off Amazon lol.. SMH.. The guy who knew what to do, only fixed 1 out of 3 cracks on my window; the reason being: tinted window and the others were "too small"... They take no responsibility for it breaking, or for not discussing the apparently likely scenario that this would happen. Lack of transparency and ownership is seriously disappointing. read more

Good price for the service and when informed that the glass they ordered was broken on arrival, they apologized for the delay and took 20 bucks off the total and immediately rescheduled.
