Dove Canyon Courtyard gave us exactly what we wanted in a wedding venue: a beautiful setting, a warm and intimate atmosphere, and the flexibility to plan the day in a way that worked for us. The courtyard was beautiful for both our ceremony and reception, and many of our guests told us it was one of the nicest and most enjoyable weddings they had attended in quite a while. The venue offers many services and vendor options, but we also appreciated being able to bring in some of our own. We used our own food vendor, and everything went smoothly. We also had a friend's small band play throughout the day and up through our first dance before transitioning to the house DJ for the rest of the evening. The venue staff were quick and efficient with the table arrangements, setup adjustments, and cleanup. It helps to stay organized and have a few dependable friends or family members available to help, but we understood that from the beginning and were very happy with how everything came together. Gayle was wonderful throughout the entire process. We had originally planned to get married there before COVID but did not end up having our wedding until afterward. Even after all that time, she had kept our records and helped us pick everything back up. She was always kind, patient, and accommodating. She encouraged us to communicate through email so any reminders, changes, or additions could be documented, and that worked very well for us. Gayle is the venue coordinator rather than a full-service wedding planner, but she still helps with a great deal during the planning process and on the wedding day. We found her presence helpful and never intrusive or hovering. She was attentive, available whenever something needed to be handled, and helped keep our anxiety under control. The house DJ did a good job for what we needed. Providing a clear playlist and specific instructions ahead of time helped, and the transition from the band to the DJ went smoothly. The announcements were fairly minimal, but that was not a major issue for us. We recently held my daughter's wedding reception at Dove Canyon Courtyard, and it was absolutely beautiful. Everything turned out perfectly, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had our Ceremony and Reception at Dove Canyon Courtyard and it was an amazing, beautiful, and magical experience. I never thought of wedding planning until my then-fiancé now-husband proposed. I was determined to find a courtyard venue and when we visited DCC, we immediately gave the deposit. Gayle greeted us upon arrival and she was so sweet. We also hired her as our Day Coordinator. We were surprised that the venue was located within a strip mall but walking through the big wood doors transported us to a different place. Our guests thought the same and it was so fun to hear! There were also plenty of parking without the need of a valet. Entering, there was a water fountain, gazebo, cute cottage, and beautiful brick floors. One of the bridal suites was connected to the restroom and it made it convenient to change wardrobes. There was also a bar area and two restrooms. The most impressive thing about the venue was the storage room. It provided 3 fridges, 2 freezers, heat lamps, tables, chairs, decor, and so much more. I didn't have table numbers but Gayle and DCC came to the rescue! Gayle, DJ Christian, and the staff were so helpful throughout the day. Gayle was so tired at the end but she was such a trooper! We coordinated back and forth via email a few weeks before the wedding reviewing vendors, schedules, and playlists. During rehearsal, she helped guide our groups and made us feel reassured that she will do the same on our big day. I would also like to mention that we are so grateful for her patience. One of my bridesmaids, who was also our florist (her first big gig), struggled to get things ready but Gayle was very accommodating. The venue has great parking . The surrounding view is nice There are 2 restrooms for the entire venue They are not very organized . Gayle the coordinator was unsure of many of the details. We had our own coordinator and set up crew. She constantly tried to tell my people what to do. She claimed to not have map of set up along with us not providing additional information. This was sent via email / phone calls/ text messages. Maybe an additional person is needed to organize events here. I spoke with the owner the morning of the event and voiced my concerns. She was very helpful with providing additional tenting and listened to my thoughts and concerns. It's mandatory that you use their people to serve / clean up tables etc. they were kinda MIA for at least half of the event. I had to ask them to remove items from tables. DJ was horrible. Rude / unprofessional in corresponding with bride. When I spoke with DJ on day of events he informed me that we would have to pay additional fee for him to read off questions for a bride/ groom game. I told him no thanks . The final malfunction was the lights all went out midway through the wedding reception and we were told it was because it had rained and caused a short. When we called it quits about an hour early Gayle told us that we were taking her decorations . I told her that everything we used was our own and that the items they have were in not good condition because of poor storage so therefore we chose not to use their items. Mind you Gayle was present when we set up and I told her we were using our own decorations. For the amount of money spent for this venue I think they need to do some revamping of staffing. read more

I've now attended two weddings at DCC which were both lovely in their own ways. It's a sweet and small venue, located in a strip mall. This was nice because parking was free and plentiful! The venue itself feels a lot like a nice backyard, with a pretty fountain and string lights to enhance the magical feel. The only downside to this venue is the fact that it is entirely outdoors. I went to a winter wedding here and it was pouring rain and absolutely freezing, with nowhere to go except under the tent. More recently I attended a summer wedding here and it was very hot, with guests huddling under the few trees during cocktail hour since we weren't allowed to sit at our tables yet. This is not the venues fault, but it is definitely something to consider when booking a wedding venue! read more

I absolutely loved having my wedding reception here! The owner, Leigh, and staff were great to work with, professional, and delightful. Gail had a lot of good insights and experience. I was worried that an outdoor wedding in January might be cold, but with the beautiful tenting and many space heaters provided, everyone was very warm and comfortable.The courtyard is beautifully decorated and the lighting is gorgeous in the evenings. Warning: This is vey late review... My husband and I found this venue for our wedding, and we found this venue back in December of 2016 and we absolutely love it. It was everything that we were looking for in a venue. Especially, because you can bring in your outdoor vendors and not have to use the site vendors like most venues make you do. Not to mention it was fairly reasonable and a great location in the hills. We met with Gayle and she was very nice and had a passion for weddings. My husband and I originally set our date for October of 2017 and I have given a deposit of $2500 in January of 2017, which that was half the cost of the venue and it was non -refundable. My husband and I decided that we wanted to move the date back 2 years and have it in September of 2019. Due to some unfortunate events that occurred we decided not to have a wedding/ hold off until we were ready. We met up with Gayle 10 months (2018) prior to the wedding date we had set and let he know the situation that was going on. We did ask her if it was possible to get at least half of the deposit back since we are notifying in advance. We did tell Gayle we understood if we cant because we did sign a non- refundable agreement. Gayle did tell us she did not see that being a problem at all and she would talk to the owner of the venue, Kenny, and that he is very understandable person. Gayle had also mention if she can sell the date we had set then she would give us the full amount back. We patiently waited for Gayle to mention anything to me and not once did I receive a phone call from her unless I was the one reaching out. And every time I reached out it it seemed like an excuse, and never a straight answer. Eventually, Gayle did tell me our date didn't sell (which is really hard to believe because it was desirable date). Then I reached out again in 2020 when the pandemic was happening and obviously they were not doing any weddings do to Covid. Gayle had told me that Kenny was working on getting a loan because I and a handful of other couples were asking for there money back. Again, I was only asking for half of my deposit back which she mention did not foresee it being an issue. Again, I reached out a couple months later in 2020 and she told me that a new development company bought the property and they will be shutting down in 2021 but Kenny is still working on the loan. Our last attempt was in January of 2022 to get ahold of her after seeing on social media they were not closed down and they are still throwing weddings. My husband called tried calling her multiply times and she never answered... Fast forward to 2024 and they are still hosting events. Again, I understand the agreement that I had signed but if Gayle would have said from the beginning there is nothing we can do then I would have left it as is. But she said something different. I was never planning on leaving a review simply for the fact that they were suppose to be shut down. read more

I could not be happier with our wonderful night at this venue. My husband and I did our reception here, and it was absolutely beautiful. The fountain and romantic lights overhead added such a magical element to our special day. The venue was big enough to hold all our guests, but the layout of the place made it seem so cozy and intimate. The team helping serve the refreshments and coordinate the music and various other parts of our night were ON IT. We didn't have to lift a finger. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. My sister's wedding took place here and was completely ruined. I have never felt so uncomfortable. The owner kept hovering over the guests,there was so much lack of communication and owner was constantly complaining over every detail including that the wedding was "not on schedule" she said no one gave her or the dj a schedule of events for the wedding even though my sister had sent a schedule weeks in advance and even had a conversation with him over schedule and music. The day of the wedding the dj showed up late which then pushed the schedule back and advised us that nothing was given to him and that he had no conversation with my sister even though we have messages that prove otherwise. Things started off at a rough start and by the end of the night things only got worse. My 5 year old son who's autistic was constantly being hovered and harrassed. Guests complained of over hearing the dj and the owner talk bad about the bride and groom, which I later found out the two are related. This was completely embarrassing for my sister.On top of all this, my sister got the mic yanked off while she was trying to give her toast. The owner said, "Were done here!" We couldnt even thank our guests. She was upset that things were not on schedule like the cake cutting etc. I didn't know the owner needed to have complete control of the wedding including the order of events that seemed very odd. She continued to harass my sister the bride and she never got to enjoy her wedding because all she did was walk behind them and constantly complain. At the end of the night my dad had told me he had been discriminated by the owner including others at the wedding. I should had paid better attention to the reviews as some of these incidents are not uncommon. I wanted to to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried to work with them through out the night but this was just completely unacceptable. We have now had three separate wedding receptions and two baby showers at the Dove Canyon Courtyard and I cannot say enough about this venue. The owner and coordinator are both extremely helpful and facilitating. Gail was everywhere during the events and helping with every little detail. They assisted in getting us extra help for serving food and clearing tables during the receptions, and they coordinated well with the caterers we brought in. When we found we had forgotten some decorations, they were there to fill in the gaps. The location is easy to find with ample parking, and the setting is beautiful and pleasant for evening time. We had our wedding here in July and it was everything we could have hoped for. The staff was fantastic - so kind, efficient and accommodating. Gayle thought of everything and worked her magic on every last detail. We could not have pulled off such a wonderful day without her! The venue itself is charming and has plenty of parking . I had a beautiful wedding here this month of May and everything came out amazing. My mother in law is the one who picked the venue and had all contact with the coordinator Gayle. We agreed on a price and Gayle mentioned everything that was included which was great except we weren't told it was included only at a fee, maybe a few weeks before the wedding. We had to come up with $650 quick so we could have a team serving or we wouldn't have had the set up of tables and chairs, champagne brought out for toasts, or clean up. It was extremely stressful. The day of was also very stressful, we were told all guests would be kept out until the ceremony started but I had about 6-7 guests walking around and 2 at the bar drinking (I said not drinking before cocktail hour) while I was trying to get into my dress. Those guests all saw me (the bride) in my dress before I was prepared even though Gayle was there "directing". Very disappointing. Same guests were able to go in and out of the venue while we were trying to get pictures and I was handling that on my own as the bride. Not a good look. Once the wedding started everything went smooth for the ceremony and cocktail hour. She gave us space and was gone for most of the night until dinner. I was on the edge of my seat because they called up by tables to line up and it was very random so the brides family all ate last, there wasn't enough food for all my guests though we paid an extra $300 to add 50 people to total 150 guests and the last table to get called up only got tacos (we we're guaranteed 5 tacos, a quesadilla, rice, beans, chips and salsa) this was from a caterer that Gayle recommended. I was so uncomfortable eating knowing my mom and dad ate 40 minutes after we did or so it seemed tht long. Now the reception.. Gayle was gone most of the time (was there when she HAD to be) BUT decided at 8:43 an hour and a half before quiet time, that our guest was doing karaoke too loud and went on stage and yanked the microphone out of his hand which was EXTREMELY upsetting and can't even describe how rude and unprofessional it was of her to do that to one of our guests on stage for everyone else to see. If it was too loud why not have the dj (her son in law) turn it down instead of ruining such a great moment where the bride, groom, mother of groom and family were all enjoying upclose. We also didn't have a lot of main events happen that was supposed to like a money dance, garter toss, bouquet toss. All that info was given to the dj to announce. Don't know if she was having a bad day but this was the most important day of my life and these are some of the moments I remember and for someone to let a bad day ruin someone's most important day of their lives.... Shouldn't be a wedding coordinator. Some of my guests also heard her cussing up a storm in her office next to the guest bathroom. And to top it off her nephew was smoking weed (with a guest) outside our venue??? read more

We had an event here and the site is really nice. The manager Gayle is as sweet as can be until the day of the event. She was so helpful and nice leading up to the event, then the day of she turned into a really nasty, unhelpful person. The event went off ok, got started a little late, the sound system is not sufficient to reach the whole area and as such, those in the back of the venue, missed out on some of it. At the end she tried to get more money. If there was anyone else there to deal with, I would recommend this place, but I would never deal with her again. read more

Found this little gem when we were looking for a venue to have our daughters wedding. And it was everything and much much more!! We had a rustic shabby chic wedding theme and the venue was perfect for our theme. Gayle gets all the credit for this fabulous wedding that we had there last weekend. From the first time we met her we ended up picking this place BECAUSE of Gayle! Her personality and enthusiasm for this venue just shines. She is why we chose this place. And it is beautiful too!! The place is just amazing. It looks like a little fairytale land when you go inside the entry gate. From the the little cottage at the top of the stairs to the wishing well to the gazebo for the cake table and the waterfall and beautiful fountain when you walk in, also, the beautiful silk canopy with the chandelier that hangs in the middle. Everything is just so amazing. We had both the wedding ceremony and reception here and it was so great to not have to park and then go somewhere else to have the reception. There was plenty of parking and the venue is just beautiful when the tables and all the decorations are up. I love the part where my daughter was greeted by her dad up at the cottage. He knocked on the door and she came out. They stood at the top of the stairs and then came down the beautiful stairway and down the isle to the front to get married. After the ceremony we all went to the cocktail hour where we enjoyed cocktails and apps as they set up the tables where the chairs for the wedding were. Gayle had everything running smooth as silk. Then the reception took place and she brought my daughter and her new husband some apps and then later brought them their plate of food. That way they didn't have to get up and get their food. Someone during the night spilled red wine on her wedding dress and Gayle was right there in a heartbeat to clean it up. I never noticed that she had spilled anything on her dress because Gayle cleaned it up perfectly. Then my daughters husband got red wine spilled on him too and she was there again cleaning him up. They were so appreciative of her taking such great care of them. Also, Jerry was a wonderful announcer and DJ. He played all the bride and grooms requested music. And has a wonderful speaking voice and made the event so classy. I highly recommend this venue of you have a wedding coming up. I deeply regret having my wedding here! From beginning to end, this place was a migraine. Just to start with this venue gave away my initial wedding date, and they promised me a discount because i could no longer get my money back, which was a complete lie because in the end i had to pay full price. There was a huge lack in communication from Gayle the coordinator. I would send emails, phone calls, everything and she was so difficult to get a hold of until the last few weeks before the wedding. Which she then proceeded to blame me and my husband for the lack of communication. The day of the wedding, was even worse. First off the dj was late and made us wait almost 45 mins before he announced because he was late in setting up. He was also very rude to my sisters who were trying to help to get the event moving. The owner of the venue literally hovered over me , my husband and my guests the whole entire night. The worst part was that I found out from my dad the next day that the owner of the venue made him discriminated because of a racist comment she made to him for being Mexican. My guests complained because they felt they were being watched by the owner of the venue. I'm going to leave my review of the venue short - yes, it is just as beautiful as the pictures show, if not even moreso! Courtyard was perfect for my 100 person wedding and Gayle and her staff were amazing. I asked literally day of to make sangria, told them the recipe once, and they perfectly recreated it! I show up only 2 hours before the event with literally all the decorations (I was my own florist) and Gayle was running around in 85+ degree heat tying orchids to chairs and spraying them with water so they wouldn't melt. She as a coordinator was amazing for how little she cost and worked with our caterer (CK Catering- who I also highly recommend) and our photographer (Marlon Taylor - also highly recommended) so that I wouldn't have to! My family is extremely critical, especially since they were none too happy that I was marrying my husband, but even they had to admit, the wedding we pulled off in the budget we had was amazing and I couldn't have done it without Gayle! read more

Gorgeous outdoor venue we found by accident and just walking in I knew it was the one! It feels so intimate and almost fairytale-like. For being only a hop, skip, and a jump away from Irvine, it is ridiculously affordable! Plus it came with SOOOO many goodies! DJ (There are two, I had Christian and he was amazing!), tables, linens, drink dispensers, heaters, umbrellas, chairs, an arch, decorations, signs; saved me SO much money not having to hunt those things and no additional stress worrying about getting them rented and to the venue. Plus, the venue coordinator Gayle is the sweetest person in the entire universe! She was always so eager to help, so sweet and kind, and is genuinely someone who loves and cares about what she does. She's all about making the bride happy, and it shows! She worked so well with my coordinator too, and kept me updated on everything right up until the wedding day (which is when she told me "No worries on your end, you just enjoy your day. If you're looking for some magic in your wedding, you've found it. I'd thought I'd written a love letter for Dove Canyon Courtyard everywhere, but I was horrified to find that I hadn't given them their due on Yelp. Let me tell you why. In late 2017, we had our dream wedding. My wife and I scoured two counties looking for the perfect venue, looking over dozens of properties until we found exactly what we needed. Dove Canyon Courtyard is a gem hidden from the outside world. This gorgeous oasis has an air-conditioned cottage surrounded by trees overlooking a waterfall. The bride descends the steps to the courtyard, which can quickly be transformed from ceremony to reception. The dressing suites are large enough for sizable groups with full-length mirrors that give piece of mind from first dressing to last looks. The dance hall fits far more people than it seems and keeps the party hopping the whole time. The gazebo is perfect for cake cutting, a guest book, or any other focused activity. The sun sets perfectly over the venue, washing the silk canopy with graceful pinks and purples before the venue ignites into warm light. It is nothing less than enchanting. I recall when we were first looking that a reviewer found it was in a shopping center parking lot and turned around without going in. That was a big mistake on their part. True, the courtyard is tucked in a hidden corner of the shopping center, but that means the beautiful venue had tons of convenient parking and is accessible. My disabled mother, very pregnant friend, and elderly grandparents all could access the venue just as easily as any able-bodied guest. The venue manager, Gayle, has decades of experience in hospitality industry, and it shows in her meticulousness. She intricately maintains the property, from the waterfall to the cottage, the dance hall to the fairy house, and the dressing suite to the catering area. It's her personal touch that imbues the venue with its magic. She was flexible and accommodating, had great suggestions, and maintains a whole trailer full of wedding decor that is available for use. She took care of us and our vendors. She is fantastic, and the venue is all the better for it. And, on top of all of that, the venue is reasonably- and transparently-priced, so you know exactly what you're getting when you go there. Terrible service to the guests. I went here this past weekend for a friend's wedding and was one of the last people to leave. Gayle, the woman in charge, came out and asked if I could take a couple boxes that the bride's family left behind (with important things like the bride's veil, the wedding candle, toasting glasses, etc.) because they "had no place to store them and THEY WOULD BE THROWN AWAY if no one took them home." I was visiting from out of state for the wedding, but did not want these precious keepsakes to be thrown away, so gave them to my parents to hold onto and contacted a bridesmaid to get them. In the process of making sure all of this other stuff got back safely, I left a brand new shawl of mine behind. I tried calling the venue multiple times the following day (they had another wedding there, someone had to be there) and only got the answering machine. I explained my situation in a message and no one returned my calls. My mother went to check on the shawl for me at the venue and brought up the fact that I had to bring the bride's items home and the woman told her that she never said things would get thrown away. REALLY? To add insult to injury, you're going to call me a liar? Shame on you, Dove Canyon Courtyard! read more

Dove Canyon Courtyard was the place where an amazing family memory was made for us. Thanks to Gayle, the coordinator of DCC everything was perfect. She is a woman who gives 100% PLUS to each event and truly cares about her clients. Every detail in the event is taken care of. I don't understand the negative reviews on here. Our wedding was 11/08/2014 and everything regarding the Courtyard was wonderful. The only negatives to my wedding were some unruly guests on the groom's side. The DJ was great and let's you pick all of your music so any negative reviews on that should reflect on the couple. We chose to use the Courtyard's bartender because Gayle advised us that it is preferred and I am glad that we did. He maybe should have cut off those unruly guests a little earlier, but I also assumed adults could take care of themselves. We had a church ceremony around the corner at 2pm and had our guests go straight to the venue after for cocktail hour while we finished our photos. By 10pm I was ready to go home anyways, I don't think that it is too early. As for Gayle, she was nothing but helpful for us. She and my mom talked frequently and I could email her with any concerns and expect a response back that day. I have to wonder if the brides who didn't get along with her were "bridezillas". In response to the woman complaining her mariachis couldn't play their horns, I would like to point out that this is bordering residential neighborhoods. There is almost nothing as obnoxious as mariachi music and if I lived there I would have been pissed to hear that all night too. The sound carries for days! (And my family is half Mexican so don't even start with me) All in all, our wedding was damn near perfect and I am so happy with our choice to have it at the Courtyard. read more

I had my wedding here. This place is beautiful. Gail was my fairy godmother. She is really the best. We had no coordinator and she helped our wedding go smoothly. She had great ideas and was very helpful with all aspects of the wedding from decorations, from start to finish she was there. Gail made our wedding perfect. We can't thank Dove Canyon Courtyard enough for truly making our wedding day phenomenal. This venue was exactly what we were looking for. They allowed us to bring in a food truck and ultimately choose our own vendors and do our own thing. Gayle, the coordinator, was extremely professional. She went above and beyond, and I'm sure I don't even know all the loose ends she tied together and things she did behind the scenes to make everything work. The facility works very, very well with the flow of traffic. We had both our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception there and it went wonderfully. Her service staff is very efficient, and Jerry the DJ was also a blast to work with. Without an official wedding planner I was nervous to plan a larger wedding without professional help, but Gayle was just the right amount of supportive. She anticipated my every need before the wedding and certainly the day-of. She is extremely hard working but keeps the mood of the event so calm and serene. It was supposed to pour rain the day-of and they had pop-up tents ready and took every measure to ensure the day still went smoothly... and apart from a bit of drizzle, it was fine! I cannot thank them enough and I highly, highly recommend working with Gayle and her team. read more

When we first saw the venue we fell in love. It was perfect for what we wanted and in our budget. Gayle, like a proper sales person, was great in the beginning and "assured" us we would get the wedding of our dreams. At every visit it was nothing but "Oh yes honey, we can do that" "that will be no problem" "I can take care of that, easy." For example, I had asked on multiple occasions whether it would be possible to have our ceremony in front of the waterfall as that was my favorite backdrop and I was told "absolutely" every time. It wasn't until two weeks before the wedding that Gayle bothered to mention that "it wasn't the best location" because of the pillars that hold up the canopy and where the caterer would be set up. To be honest, I wasn't sure if she just didn't want to do the extra work this chair set up would require. From that encounter on Gayle was extremely rude. When my bridesmaid and I showed up to the venue for the rehearsal she couldn't be bothered to even say hello. My bridesmaid had to go up to her to ask her for assistance. She even cut off my then fiancé mid sentence when he was trying to explain our song choices for the ceremony to the bridal party. Gayle had said she would be our day of coordinator at no extra cost because she could easily manage 100 guests, and that she would only need 1 maybe 2 helpers to set up and assist during the wedding. (The helpers are not included in the venue fee, they are extra.) At the rehearsal, the night BEFORE the wedding she claimed to not remember these conversations and that she is the venue manager not the coordinator, and that she would need 3 helpers, not 2. We were clearly not happy about this, and reminded her that was not what we had agreed, nor what we had been led to believe throughout the months we had been speaking with her. I had filled out her checklist and information forms and drawn a map of how the dinner tables should be set up and numbered. Per her instructions, I had also included a list of the decorations we wanted to use from the courtyard and where they should go. I sent these to her via email days before the wedding. The day of the wedding none of this was set up properly! My mom had to "remind" her of the decorations and where they needed to go. Despite being given the detailed map of how the tables were to be arranged for the reception, how they were to be numbered and how many chairs per table, the tables were arranged completely wrong!! This resulted in our entire bridal party and some close family members being seated in the back! What was her response when my husband and MOH reminded her I had sent the email with the map? "Oh my guys didn't see this. They set up like we normally do." During the reception she proceeded to shut down the bar early and even had the audacity to tell the bartenders not to serve drinks to the entertainers my mom had hired. She also had me, the bride, sign the invoice for the caterer. Overall our wedding was lovely and the venue was beautiful. The Courtyard is great. It would be much better if it came without Gayle. read more

My sister just had her wedding here and it was absolutely magical. Everything went smoothly (there were a couple of things here and there that could have been better, but that happens at all weddings and events). Gayle was a pleasure to work with and assisted in so many aspects of the wedding. She's a true professional. I highly recommend this venue and have already referred some of my friends. Gayle is the absolute best!! The day of my wedding I was stress free all thanks to her!! She made sure that I would not stress about anything and I def did not have to. She was is so nice and made the venue absolutely gorgeous for us. She is a pro at what she does and I don't know how she does it. She is always busy and has back to back events but makes sure that everything is perfect. The servers and bar tenders were awesome as well and very professional. Had our wedding here last year and have been meaning to write a review ever since because I was so impressed with the service we received from Gail. She is the venue coordinator and made our day as special as I'd always dreamed. Every time I went to meet with her, people would always just show up and rudely demand her time like she came with the venue. It was strange. Nevertheless I never felt rushed or unimportant-so meaningful to me as I now look back and remember how crazy I was in the days leading up to the wedding! During the event itself my husband and I were so thrilled by the comments from our guests about the level of professionalism and attentiveness from the entire staff and things couldn't have gone smoother.
