Customer service is awful! I came in asking about some replacement wheels for my friend's walker and the woman behind the counter told me they do not carry them. So I proceeded toward the new walkers in the store and she asked me what was the brand of ,the old walker. When I told her she told me they did not have that brand bcs they were not well made, so I kept on walking towards the walkers and she kept telling me in a louder voice they did not carry them. I turned around and said: I got you, but I am not looking for the same brand... she mummble something and never got up and walked to show me the new walkers... I continue to have issues with this company and I am not even sure HOW I got hooked up with them. A year ago, I was referred to Innovativve Sleep Center and, after 3 visits, finally got a machine. The the issues started. Somehow, I was then hooked up with these people, Olympia sound respiratory, adapt health, and some other company. They all keep texting me, sending bills, etc. Ridiculous! I was told I would need to "rent" equipment (My insurance company now says I made a rental agreement with them. It must have been is VERY small print). First, it was for 3 months. Then 13 months. Now 8 months (which should be over as I started paying in Oct 2023; it is now August and they say 8 months but I will still be paying until October - you do the math). BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN and make sure they point out EVERY detail! read more

This company, along with its parent organization, AdaptHealth represents one of the most frustrating and unethical experiences I have encountered as a consumer. They deliberately sell products that are not covered by insurance--often without making this lack of coverage clear--leaving customers with unexpected and burdensome expenses. Worse, they enroll individuals into recurring subscription programs that are incredibly difficult, if not impossible, to cancel. Their system appears incapable of recognizing when a customer has completed their order or no longer needs the service, resulting in continued charges and deliveries. Dealing with this company is not only exhausting but also financially and emotionally draining. I strongly caution others to avoid engaging with them under any circumstances. If you do not have to pay for cpap and supplies then they are okay. They have the worse billing I have ever seen. I have been on the phone with them numerous times. They lost my initial check. Now I can't even get an itemized list of what I owe them. Once my contract with them is over, I'm moving to another medical supply company. I do not recommend! read more

So I got a phone call saying my CPap machine was on a recall list. I called back and was told hey would call me back. Its been over a month and not even an update. Their billing is totally incomprehensible, and I suspect fraudulent. They botch my insurance billing, send me the same number invoice several times with different totals, give me two accounts with different numbers and mailing addresses in PA and CA, have no record available of any number of payments I've made (though I've presented them with proof of payment many times). This outfit is a scam run by a bunch of corporate crooks. They also fail to send supplies in a timely manner (took 4 months to get filters, nothing in stock in the offices) and you can't find anyone who knows anything or is capable of fixing it. My Mother had purchased two walkers for her and I both. Over $100 cash per each walker. Mom folded her walker and something went wrong trying to open it back up. We brought it back, after not even a week passes after the purchasing of these walkers. These people won't even bother helping getting it straightened out. An Elderly woman living on SSDI, and can't even get her recently bought walker working now? Tsk tsk! BE VERY CAUTIOUS PAYING CASH FOR ANYTHING IN THE STORE AND SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH IT! On my reorders they claim that I got supplies in November that I didn't recieve. They claimed that I was not eligible for the supplies and when I answered a phone call from them yesterday for a new re-supply order they told me that I still wasn't eligible for the supplies claiming that I received them back in November! On that same call they told me that I had placed an order a few days prior which I had never done. I asked why they were calling me for a order if I had supposedly placed one 3 days prior. I will be changing suppliers and cannot recommend this company with. They just do not seem to give a damn! read more

Out of 3 years, I have only been able to get calls back and supplies ordered twice, and both times I had to take time off work and drive out to the store directly. Besides providing the terrible and slow service only an insurance provider would appreciate, they repeatedly sent me the wrong size equipment with the wrong connectors after making such a big deal of "fitting" me (which involved zero fitting, measuring, or anything else to make sure the patient left with the correct equipment), the blow the equipment re-up. I use Olympia Respiratory Services for my C-pap services. I used to love this store. The owner and staff were so helpful and friendly it was a pleasure to go there. Everything changed when the company was sold to a large corporation. It's all automated. I can no longer call and talk to a person to request a C-pap download for my doctor. I have to go through the phone maze and wait in a very long Q. You can direct the computer to hold your place in line, promising that they will call back; which does not happen. So if you want a download, I find it's quicker to just drive to the store. Also, supplies are no longer carried on site; they must be obtained on line or using their cumbersome phone maze. I'm looking for a new medical supply store that serves C-pap customers. read more

After of a year of billing issues with Olympia Respiratory Services leading to a BBB complaint, this is the response from the BBB after a month. "This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 9/28/2022 against Olympia Respiratory Services LLC. Your complaint was assigned ID XXXXXXX. BBB contacted the above referenced company on multiple occasions regarding your complaint. To date, we have not received a reply; therefore, BBB is obligated to close your complaint as a "no response," which will be reported to the public for the next three years. BBB regrets that we were unable to assist you further and wishes you the best in your future efforts in resolving this matter." To be fair, the services they provided me were fine. The billing was random, unpredictable, and difficult to work through when I had a problem. Calling any of the "local" numbers will get you to a call center that did not help at all. Had I known how disorganized the billing would be and lack of full disclosure, I would never have gone there. read more

Not sure what happened to the customer service at the west side My doctor faxed over a prescription the first part of November 2018. I called the west side and they said they had not received it. I asked my doctor to refax it. I called again and the new person I spoke to said she would research and call me back. Never heard back. Went into the store the third week of December and was told they faxed the doctor asking for more info on the prescription. Why couldn't they tell me that when I called? Their communication is severely lacking. They also wanted me to "schedule" an appointment. It has been two months since the prescription was faxed and I still don't have my supplies. This is unacceptable! I have lost all faith in their customer service. Can someone tell me where else I can go to get cpap supplies? I can't rely on these yahoos. read more

I could not find the Puyallup office on Yelp so I hope this review finds it's way to them somehow. I believe they are affiliated. I am writing this review for a staff member who was extremely instrumental in helping me solve issues with needing care for my elderly mom.When we walked in to the office initially, there was no one there.. Complete turn off ! But Carrie came out of her office right away and took care of us! She spent time with my mom and I and listened to our needs and concerns. Carrie~ Your professionalism and kindness restored my faith.You were professional and knowledgeable with every aspect. Turns out, thier office does not accept my medical insurance carrier, Medical. But the visit turned out to be a blessing Carrie was so understanding and helpful in offering alternate contacts for us, it was such a relief. She was able to give me some ways to handle dealing with my mom's insurance carrier and finding an office that I was able to make an appointment with in less than two weeks! She spent the time and listened to me, for that I am grateful. read more

I had to return an Oximiter from a one-night use, and pick up the download. The reception area employees were very nice and helpful. However it took an hour and 15 minutes to receive the reading from Stephanie - after many, many trips back and forth from the counter person to find out what the problem was. Frustration all around - especially after watching 5-6 clients come and go who were in and out getting their appliances. Garrett was very helpful in finally getting the results, but that long of a wait was very unacceptable for a simple download of the information. I will never go to that location again, and will use the eastside clinic. read more

I recently rented a portable CPAP machine with a battery for a trip. Just trying to rent the equipment was kind of a pain the older lady there at the Westside store was confuse about the process and when I got the equipment I asked her to explain how to use it and she had to get a technician to do it and I had to way about 5 min. I rented the equipment for 10 days and I was changed a full two weeks and that part wasn't explained to me before. Consumer beware this company is money hungry and not customer oriented. First I was bill for one week and I left there with a two week bill. I'm a full time customer there because my insurance pay them a rental for my daily CPAP but I'm going to VA to get a replacement and drop this money hungry company. read more

Let the customer beware! Don't know about the west side office but east side has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They never call back as promised and then, after months of having lost your repair, and eventually returning it with missing parts, expect you to pay a hefty repair bill. To be fair, when the guy brought the equipment, it was better than I expected, and the man was intelligent and professional, yet still friendly, I liked him. But he was the only bright spot. Oh please, my son needed a CPAP machine. Olympia respiratory received my son's prescription from Seattle Children's. I hadn't heard from them for like a week. So I called them to see what was going on. They told me they called me and left me a message that they received everything that everything was 'in process'. First never received a call. Lie #1. So I called a week or 2 later. They said things were still processing. So I called them back and asked what on Earth else needs to be processed, I'll help. They said they were waiting for things back from Children's. Well come to find out they sent 3 things to Children's on 3 seperate occasion. So I called Children's and said I haven't heard anything back for a week or so. So Children's called them to tell them we are going to stop everything with them and go with someone else, since everything is taking so long. And they told Children's they have received and they were going to call me later that day to make my son's appointment. Lie #2 That was last week. Still waiting for the call. So I called Children's back. We cut all ties with this horrible place. I can't believe this place is still open with this horrible customer service. I made a purchase for my grandpa about 6 months ago and the customer service I received in person was so so. But when I called recently to pay off my purchase the person on the phone was down right nasty to me. I had a small balance left that I wanted to take care right away, especially if I wanted to make future purchases. But after the conversation I had that won't be happening. Olympia Respiratory Services has AWFUL Customer Service. The Westside Office has had a lot of turn over since they moved to the new Harrison location and the employees do not seem to be very knowledgeable. I walked in for an appointment the other day and no one greeted me, or asked if I needed help? AWFUL EXPERIENCE! The receptionist at the front desk just ignored me completely and kept chatting with her co-worker! I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
