I went there to buy a few items including breeches, spurs, helmet, etc. The staff there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. One of the ladies who helped me (I believe her name was Cassandra) spent at least an hour helping me try more than 10 helmets to try and find the right helmet that fits me. Despite the fact that I could not find one that fits me well, she was so cheerful throughout my entire time there. It made my first experience with Dover so positive and stress free. Needed to get my daughter a complete set of show clothes, boots, helmet etc. There were two women working the afternoon we came in. One I think her name was Deja. The amount of time, care and information was greatly appreciated. Deja was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am not a rider so I was totally clueless about the merchandise and sizing. I'm glad I went to the store and didn't order online! I would have gotten the wrong sizes and the fit would not have been correct. We still need to get a few more items. Dover has a huge selection of products but the customer service is what separates Dover from other local places. Amy and the other girls went above and beyond helping me find the right tall boots. Without asking them to, they brought out at least 4 different pairs and helped me try them on to see the different fits. Amy was very knowledgable about sizing and what the different brands offer. It was a big purchase but I feel so much better about it knowing the person who helped me really cared about the best boot for my leg and wasn't trying to up sell me. I will be back!!
