Why would a grieving mother have to do this when I paid for T&J to process? Tramelle, the business owner kept telling lies and never followed up on what the issue was. I've reported him to numerous city council boards, funeral home boards and filed a police report to ensure someone is not trying to steal my son's identity.

He even took me to the cemetery so O can pick the exact spot where I laid my mother to rest. Although there were some minor details that occurred with identifying who sent which floral arrangements since the cards that came with the flowers were removed before they were sent to the church overall I was very satisfied and felt I chose the right funeral service provider.
