The location was really easy to find as it was right off 114. Everything in the area is newly built and there is plenty of parking. From the outside the event space doesn't look like much but don't let that fool you. As you enter the event space, it's like you stepped into a magical scene. I absolutely loved the lighting, they hung twinkle lights from wall to wall. On the main wall is a grass wall that you can use for a message or add flowers. The venue has tables that you can use which is a nice plus. They allow you to use any vendor you want and bring in anything like chairs, decor, etc. I love the fact that you don't have to use specific vendors for catering or rentals. The space is large enough for 75 people but would be most comfortable with around 60. I think it would be great for wedding, birthday parties, concerts, etc. There is enough space you could create a small stage or bring in a DJ. They also have a side room that could be used as dressing room or food prep area. Outside is another area that you could have an outdoor wedding. It would be a great place for pictures as you can catch the sunset. I forgot to mention that for the location and the flexibility of the venue, it's really budget friendly. The owner Nadine is awesome and goes above and beyond to help make your event go off without a hitch. I know some places are more hands off but she will literally help with anything that she can. I literally had to do nothing except for enjoy my little dudes birthday, and parents know that's not usually the case at parties! They handled set up, clean up, the timing of the party, and everything was done by a kind and upbeat staff! Sama (I hope I'm spelling that right) was our party host and she was PERFECT, and so patient with my two year old. They're actually pretty generous with the timing--honestly, before the hour is up I'm usually ready for my color to be called! Right now I'm mostly in the toddler area, which has plenty to keep little ones busy and entertained. That said, the facility could definitely use some updates. A number of the wall activities were out of order, and the toys and play areas could benefit from a deeper, more frequent cleaning. They do have a small kitchen offering pizza, fries, burgers, and more. The food is decent--nothing amazing--but it gets the job done. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait. Overall, the staff is friendly, the concept is great, and it's an excellent place to let your kids burn off some serious energy. With a little upkeep, this place could easily be top-tier. She was an absolute delight to work with, and went above and beyond for us in every way possible. From even our very first interaction via email, Micaela was quick and thorough in her response. She always thoroughly answered any questions I had, and in a timely fashion (less than 24 hours in most cases). We set up a consultation a few months out, and she took the time to go over with me exactly what I wanted and the look I wanted to achieve for my big day. She took the time to make suggestions to my mom on what might look best on her, and even offers free MOB makeup application as an extra incentive for her brides. She was very sweet, and accommodating during our original meeting. Fast forward to the week of the wedding, we ended up getting married during the worst snow storm of the year. Needless to say, there were a few things that didn't go according to plan. Micaela worked with us, and was so sweet and accommodating the whole time! She made it out the day of the wedding to our location (which we moved last minute) even with the roads being covered in ice! Talk about going above and beyond! The whole time she was there, she tried to calm my nerves and tell me everything was going to be ok. She was so amazing! In terms of her actual hair and makeup service, she is an absolute pro! I loved my hair and makeup, along with the rest of the bridal party and the MOB! A bride should feel like she is her most beautiful the day of her wedding, and I felt just that. The airbrush makeup she used stayed on all day and night, even after trekking through the ice and snow, and being outside with a light drizzle taking pictures. I felt absolutely beautiful the whole day and night! I would highly recommend Micaela for your hair and makeup services. She is reliable, accommodating, sweet, and exceptionally talented.

It doesn't make sense to dehydrate children that have been actively jumping and playing especially on 100 degree days. Last time we visited we were told they were adding a pizza oven and concession, but that's still not the case. They do have arcade games that put a $5 charge on your card no matter if you only played one round (supposed to be only $1), Hurricane Simulator, and a non-working Marvel Photo Booth. Once the charge actually cleared, I was charged $6.10! Per game. I definitely got scammed and am disputing the charges. Regardless, staff were all friendly and I'm so glad Altitude is open at 11am during the week (unlike UrbanAir). The online scheduler allowed passes to be bought starting at 10am though, so that needs to be fixed. Also there are STILL parts of the trampoline park that are closed off! I have to assume still broken but I don't know for a fact why.

They have different prices, the most expensive is $28 n you can rock climb, do a in-motion skydive, multiple obstacle courses, trampoline, dodge ball trampoline, 3 story high slides....
