We visited today for Toddler Time which was great! However, there are signs posted everywhere about no food/drinks yet there's not a concession stand to buy food/drinks for my young child. It doesn't make sense to dehydrate children that have been actively jumping and playing especially on 100 degree days. Last time we visited we were told they were adding a pizza oven and concession, but that's still not the case. They do have arcade games that put a $5 charge on your card no matter if you only played one round (supposed to be only $1), Hurricane Simulator, and a non-working Marvel Photo Booth. Once the charge actually cleared, I was charged $6.10! Per game. I definitely got scammed and am disputing the charges. Regardless, staff were all friendly and I'm so glad Altitude is open at 11am during the week (unlike UrbanAir). The online scheduler allowed passes to be bought starting at 10am though, so that needs to be fixed. Also there are STILL parts of the trampoline park that are closed off! This location closed n I have 3 passes for 1 hr each. So I called the location in Grapevine to see if they honor the pass n they said 'No!' I'm so disappointed!!! I decided to try Urban Air, this place is amazing. They have different prices, the most expensive is $28 n you can rock climb, do a in-motion skydive, multiple obstacle courses, trampoline, dodge ball trampoline, 3 story high slides.... this is easily the nastiest trampoline park i've ever been to. trash cans in every bathroom were overflowing and it smelled RANCID, looking and smelling as if they hadn't been cleaned in atleast a week. over in the back near said restrooms is all just equipment and crap shoved back there; it looked like it was all just in piles. majority of the park was unstable or poorly built; so much wood and metal exposed and is a huge safety hazard. fiberglass HANGING OUT OF THE CEILING above the trampolines due to massive tears. absolutely a risk of it falling out one day. the two employees working were on their phones behind the desk the entire time and there was zero safety supervision from the workers. generally the entire place was just extremely dirty. would not recommend read more

Was there at opening on 08/08/25. Ladies restroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for several days. Several unsafe areas where mats are frayed or torn. Place is need of a major cleaning and major equip maintenance. Very disappointed Staff out of uniform and seemed totally disinterested in anything other than visiting with one another. read more

This has to be the most disgusting Altitude, I've ever been to. The place had trash & spills everywhere. Do not even try to go to the bathroom, the women's had 3 stalls. One was out of order, one didn't close completely and the last didn't have toilet paper. My son said the men's was so gross and that there was pee all over the floor. Older kids running around the venue chasing each other without supervision!! There was one guy supervising the entire area- or not supervising. There are lots of little kids jumping and having a great time, but having to watch out for the unsupervised teenagers running. My complaint is that there was no one from Altitude supervising the trampoline areas. read more

They singled out my Hispanic wife and her black friend and made a big deal out of my granddaughter not wearing Altitude branded grip socks, even though she had grip socks on. My wife pointed out multiple people not wearing Altitude brand grip socks and asked why my granddaughter was singled out. No response to that. After staring at her for few mins to get the attention she said I'll be with you in a minute. asked us to sign the waiver and that was it. No wristbands for my kids. This place is in need of some repairs. Things are falling apart and could really hurt someone, especially a smaller child (and I saw many young ones). Frayed flooring was honestly the least of my concern. I saw many gaps, exposed wood and metal and cracks that should be covered by the soft protection mats. The worst was a small jumping platform in the main jump area that literally had metal and wood exposed and the material was so loose and about to fall off. I did tell an employee and they said they are waiting on repair team...but at least cone it off. It's like they don't care if you get hurt because you signed your legal rights away 14 different times before paying to jump. Also they had 2 major jump attractions totally closed. We will not be back. It was our first time and chose it because the other Fort Worth location (off of Bryant Irvin) was great! read more

We arrived right when the park opened and the bathroom garbage was overflowing as if it hadn't been emptied since the previous day. I saw no one sweeping up the floor or replacing the garbage in the main area, as they continuously were needing attention considering the number of birthday parties taking place. I witnessed only 2 attendants watching the kids, who didn't seem very alert. I have visited the cityscape location many times and it is pristine and well monitored compared to Keller. Altitude is a worthy contender among Trampoline parks. We came for a birthday party, which is what my review will focus on. Altitude is a birthday party making machine. Entering the building, there's an aroma like that of many small feet. Understandable, but not typical of every trampoline park I've visited. After a while I didn't notice. Just past the intake counter is a large area with rows and rows of long picnic tables, every one with a child's name written on a blackboard. We found ours and were sent off for trampoline fun. Organized dodge ball was part of the experience. Our crew was a little young for it, but photo ops proliferated. Back at the table, Altitude party attendants moved the party along, bringing and serving pizza, serving the cake, and organizing gifts. Bottled waters were provided as well. The park itself is what you'd expect if you have visited other parks like this. A foam block pit, a large central area with a grid of trampolines, basketball area, dodge ball area and a climbing wall. They do it well. I'll give 2 stars because the facility itself is really not that bad. The amenities are pretty standard. The staff however are a bunch of scattered and clueless teenagers it would seem. We purchased online and did the waivers in advance. We STILL waited in line nearly a half hour while the young lady at the counter proceeded to let several people cut the line due to her lack of attention. Several of us mentioned it to her and she couldn't care les. It was seriously unorganized chaos. The young man running one of the attractions that spins was letting half of the kids he was chatting with cut the line as well. Just poor management. read more

I was just made aware that a member of my Moms support group was asked to leave this establishment for breastfeeding while there with her older children. I am honestly extremely surprised that not all employees here are made aware of the state law that allows mothers to breastfeed where they see fit. I really hope that this was due to an untrained employee and not an uneducated manager. For the record, I was coerced into bring two of my kids here. We have been here before to work off extra energy and for birthday parties. It is not my favorite place to go for many reasons, but the kids love it so... Be prepared, it is crowded and very noisy! The kids run around like they are all pumped up on sugar, adrenaline and whatever else fuels these hellions. You pay for the time you will be jumping, per child. Also be prepared, you may think you are in a foreign country with so many non-English speakers. You will also have to sign numerous waivers and provided some person info into a kiosk computer before paying for the visit. Many people attend birthday parties here, as we have, but I have never booked a party here. The kids enjoy it, although as a parent, I would highly recommend not just dropping your kids off here (post waiver and admission), because some of the kids can be a bit rude and aggressive. Not sure if that is the result of bad parenting, or if it is more of a cultural thing. I prefer a little space between myself and people. So the staff is engaged, but not overbearing, they do enforce rules when things get too crazy. Bottom line, not to insult anyone's intelligence, but there is inherently something very unsafe, so jumpers beware and be safe out there! Occasionally, people are injured, but you have to weigh that with the fun factor. Just be sure your insurance premiums are up to date. 1 star removed for noise and general mayhem, 1 star removed for high costs, but heck that is free enterprise, laws of supply and demand and all that. Called ahead of time to ask about their mask and cleaning requirements. (We know there is a mask mandate but we also know some business aren't following guidelines). The lady told me 10 and up are required to wear masks outside of the food area. Also that they are sanitizing high touch areas every hour. This was a Lie. We went in a paid for our child's entry and walked in to see just about every child and adult bouncing around with NO mask. I walked back to the desk and asked the young girl if they are not enforcing the mask mandate?? She said "if you want to wear a mask you can...." This location had 5 young girls running the entire show. Clearly a lack of training and confidence in their position. Not their fault! A trained manager need to be on site. Also, the place is filthy. We were there for 2 hours and never saw anyone sanitize anything let alone actually monitor any kids playing. The restrooms were gross too. VERY disappointing read more

We had come here for a birthday party, before the shut down of course. So I can't really speak to pricing. Front desk staff was helpful and nice. We had filled out forms the night before but apparently it hadn't gone thru due to some glitch so they helped make the process smooth to get it filled out and having fun quickly. The little bit of a line moved smoothly and quickly. They gave us some black altitude socks, but in the facility I did see kids wearing regular socks and urban air socks. The only time I saw a staff member get on to kids about socks was if they didn't have any on at all. I enjoyed the openness of the facility, that way if you have more kids to adults you can kind of have parents spread out and be able to keep an eye on everyone/everything going on. Though with our set up for the party we went too it was pretty much one adult to kid, but good to know if your coming with siblings or kids with their friends on a get out of the house day. My sons personal favorite area was the diving area, and the foam pit. For staff on the floor there was someone observing the dive/foam area, running this spin type thing and maybe someone at the wall at the back of the dive area. I didn't see anyone at the regular trampoline side or the dodge ball or battle spot. The latter of those two I felt like there should have been, particularly when the parent hosting the party said we should have had one of the dodge ball areas to ourselves and tried to rally the group to do it together to no avail. As for the party part things seemed to run a bit late. The over head announcements are hard to hear in part due to loudness, echo and such. That is understandable but I can see someone missing the party part if they couldn't hear announcements and an adult with the party isn't walking around to try to locate everyone. The provided party host pretty much was non existent during much of our party. Was there for less than 5 putting pizza on half the kids plates and a couple parents had to step up to make sure the other half of kids got pizza. Then again only showing up to reprimand the mom for using candles if I overheard it correctly. Like either a staff member was supposed to for insurance or no candles at all ... not sure but it was pretty much parent run. We didn't see much of the clean up as we ran our goodie bag to the car and I helped keep eyes on kids as other parents went to put goodie bags in cars. Once things open back up and we feel good about going back out, we will consider checking it out again to meet up with some of the kids friends. read more

He told me he didn't give a shit and walked away. I complained to the managers who are kiddos too and they didn't do anything. I stayed and the kid that pushed my daughter sat down my daughter was playing and got close to him when that happened he gave her a horrible look like if she got closed he was going to do it again. I asked him if he would like to be treated like that. And he told me the "F word and leave me alone". I told him he was a little asshole. He stood up and called me the B word called me Slu.. and threatened to hit me. if it wasn't for a friend he would have hit me and he threatened my friend too. The old guy who was with him held his hands in his back and asked him to calm down. I finally left the place and when I was in the parking lot I called the police and they went inside and when they came back they said they could not do anything because teenagers always run their mouths and since he just threatened to hit me there is nothing they could do. And by the way, the staff said no to come back. Pathetic!!! Very bad administration here. The situation could have been handled differently but pretty much expected from a business run by kids. What these kids didn't like was that on the last visit I had they had almost everything closed inside while they just focused on the front desk charging people for attractions that we can't even use because according to them they don't have enough staff but they do have staff that stay all the time in the front desk playing on their phones doing nothing. read more

So this was "just" a trampoline park. By that, I mean that there aren't a lot of extras (compared to, for example, Urban Air). However, I was looking for a clean, safe place for my kids to get some energy out, and that's exactly what we got here! My eldest (7) enjoyed the area they had hoops set up. My youngest (1 1/2) enjoyed the junior "dodgeball" area because he wanted to play catch. It wasn't super crowded when we went (around 5 pm on a summer weeknight), so that was an extra plus! We've been here 3 times this weekend already and I'm loving it. The staff is really responsive, professional, courteous, and we've dealt multiple times with Jada (forgive me if I misspelled that) at the front desk. I don't know her position but she comes off managerial because of her professionalism and her courteousness. She spent a while trying to get things worked out for us a certain way with the membership and went above and beyond to help us out. The place is clean, lots of room to jump, it hasn't been overcrowded yet that we've been there, and I love the new format of the foam pits where they're covered with cloth and are much easier to get out of. Into longer fear for my life after jumping in Highly recommend this location due to the value of the activity and the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff. read more

There's nothing but kids working there including the management! 75% of the equipment is usually off limits because it is broken and I even saw one kid crack his skull on one of the trampolines that had the padding torn off. I brought the kids to altitude trampoline park last night , And will never go back Kids younger then my daughter jumping on tables slamming machines swearing up a storm and basically able to have Sex in there , I walked over to check on where my son was and there were two kids being blocked boy/girl like I said younger then Alyson 12 being blocked by there friends by the boys bathroom no staff interested what was going on so the boy could have been able to bring that little girl into the bathroom and had his way with her if he wanted and the staff would have known NOTHING! About 300 or so kids and maybe 10-13 staff members. This place needs to be investigated I understand parents night out , drop your child off for a few hours but damn these kids are allowed to say F$&@ this and grab her F@$&ing tits and Ass. No designated area for the kids to run in the building I think it is wall to wall , but should be only in the trampoline area for safety reasons. The time I was there for only 30 mins I did see staff talk to 2 kids one for not knowing how to throw something away , and the other for being told to get off sitting on a table and the kid decided to disrespect the staff member while another one watched so he rubbed in butt all over the table! I've taken my kids here since my oldest could walk (he's almost 7). We've had multiple birthday parties here. After what I witnessed tonight, we are NEVER going back. We came to meet friends and upon entering the trampoline area the first thing I noticed was a giant 30 foot ladder extended all the way up into the rafter area of their ceiling. I'm talking about the main area of the trampolines, where that long section is where kids like to run and do backflips. They had some cones set up to try and keep kids away from the ladder and about 4 clueless teenagers messing with it, attempting to set it up and install a harness system with a hook and rope for one of them to climb up this ladder. It didn't look safe, and it wasn't safe. This is DURING business areas, and they're attempting repairs?! There were little kids all around, from preschool age to teenagers. Kids are there to jump and play and no cones are going to keep them safe when they're running all around- which i know seems like a lot to ask for at a trampoline park *sarcasm*. I was uneasy about the whole thing and even mentioned to my friends that this seems completely unsafe, but luckily my son was mostly staying in the dodgeball area. Sure enough, after about 30 minutes of us being there they sent some teen up the ladder (wearing cowboy boots!!!) and next thing we know we hear a giant crash and sure enough the ladder had fallen and he's crushed underneath it. So much for their harness system. They better be counting their lucky stars no CHILD was in the vicinity of anywhere that ladder landed. And that their employee seemingly seemed to be okay (he was up and walking). this is pure INSANITY AND NEGLIGENCE for a business to be doing these types of repairs while open to the public. That ladder easily would have killed a small child or caused potential life altering injuries. TBI anyone?? It's 1am and I couldn't even sleep because I am so upset about the pure negligence and stupidity this was. There was one adult woman (manager maybe?) who clearly was also clueless and another man who set up the harness then disappeared. I just can't get over the fact they were doing this with little kids running around and mainly teenagers doing the work. this is also not the first time I've been here and seen them doing repairs or installation stuff during business hours. It's completely unsafe. This place has gone so downhill since we first started coming. They've added "cool" new features and removed the foam blocks that were just a breeding ground for staph infections, but hey now instead you can leave with a traumatic brain injury and 17 broken bones! also- i understand times have changed but FYI no one wants to come for toddler time at 11am. That's lunch and NAP time y'all. Bring back 9am when moms have dropped off the big kids at school and need the toddlers to burn up the rest of the energy they've been displaying since 7am. it's HOT in Texas and we need morning indoor play options again. This place is pretty great. We came here for the first time this morning, for "toddler time", which is fantastic. $6 for my little man to run around for a couple hours in this huge place. They have two separate toddler areas, a basketball area with a small hoop and an adult hoop, a giant main jumping area, and a good-sized foam pit area. Lots of areas. There are also a bunch of party rooms, a ton of tables just to hang out at or take a break, and a little area with massage chairs and a TV (on Disney Jr while we were there). I want to love this place. My kids do, but as an adult there'a just so many noticeable signs of it being poorly run. First off, it's disgusting. The bathrooms are freezing, half the doors don't work, the floors throughout the whole facility are gross. Half the foam pit is ripped to shreds, the material between trampolines is dirty, the tables are sticky and gross. I don't think this place is EVER cleaned. And worst of all it takes at least 15 minutes to get from the door inside. The computers are down every other time...I don't know HOW but even with three people behind the desk it's ridiculous just trying to get through that process, even with waivers filled out and memberships paid. Just attended a birthday party at this park. It was great because there is parking and the facility was clean. You had a good view of the entire park unlike other brands. To date I had only been to urban Air in Southlake. The parking is horrible over there at Urban Air. Due to Jumpstreet closing all of a sudden, I've scheduled to have my son's birthday party at Altitude in the next few weeks.
