He left his doves outside unprotected and entered the ceremony area so he could mingle. He blew the surprise by introducing himself over and over as the dove guy, who had come to do the dove release. It was raining that day but had ended before the party time started. I also offered her to come later which she declined as well as kept the entire$400 i have requested my payment back which she had declined. The weather was fine before the party. As well as during and after. She still refuses to rectify only offering a reschedule which is not an acceptable rectification
