I did not provide my name to Vicki or the office assistants and I told them why I didn't want to provide my name. Vicki went on to immediately text the applicant and let her know my full name(I'm assuming from caller ID since I didn't provide that information to her) and my reason for calling, completely disregarding my concerns for my safety. That message only made the applicant(now tenant) act in the way that I knew it would, but since Vicki is getting money in her pocket, she doesn't care about other safety. The lack of privacy is unprofessional and concerning.

After researching all the different manufactured homes I new he was selling a good quality home at a very reasonably price. The only reason I did not buy one from him was because I decided to purchase a used one already in a park, but I can tell you even though I did not buy a new manufactured home from him I did call and tell him I decided to buy a used home in a park in Red Bluff and he offered to come over shortly after I moved into my home to make sure it was leveled underneath correctly, and thank God, because my home did need some corrections. All I can say is, when your shopping around for a new manufactured home check him out and base your own opinion! I personally would highly recommend Mobile Homes 4 Less!

I've never thought twice about this company until the made the front page of the newspaper. Today, they evicted a military veteran and his disabled wife after the Mayor of Redding and several communities members jumped through their hoops to keep them in the home they have been in for 11 years. Instead, because they could get more money for the property in the current rent climate, they moved forward with the eviction. Well, I don't know about anyone else, but that's not a company I want to do business with.
