During the same time we had several leaks from the sprinklers causing almost swamp like conditions, not to mention slippery sidewalks, algae, etc. The girl downstairs moved in about 3 months ago and says gets eaten alive by spiders in her bed. I personally have been dealing with cockroaches for approximately three or four months and I was told it would probably be November before they could find an exterminator!!!! I've killed anywhere from one adult to three adults nine babies a day!!! So, if you're looking for a clean, well maintained, pleasant place to live THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT IT (any longer).

The grounds are nice too, i bring my two kids here all the time to grandma an grandpas house an they always have a great time playing on the play ground with all the other kids. Me an my parents have known bob an kim the management team here for quite some time now an they've always been great at taking care of things in a timely an very professional manner.
