It's a family owned business and they do a great job making customers feel appreciated. Do not go here with expectations that it's a fast full-service carwash. It's not fast because they do an unbelievable detailed job on your vehicle. 1. The tunnel wash. They have the speed of the wash slower than most other washes so if you only want a wash you'll get your money's worth and they always have an attendant that drys your vehicle. 2. If you pay for the full-service you might think you underpaid. Your vehicle goes through 3 full-service stations. They clean the door jams, they pop your rear window and tailgate and wipe the inside, they wash the rubber floor mats, they use high pressure air to get in the groves and crevices in your vehicles interior, and the last station is quality control where they go over everything. Why would you go to one of those washes that you have to dry, vacuum, and clean the interior yourself for the almost the same price of a full-service at Autosheen?? That doesn't make sense. P.S. Sign up for the monthly wash program, it's worth it!!

He took the time to tell me all the services he offered and explained in detail. He is certified by Xpel and Optimum which sells Opti-coat. I ended up with a package that included Xpel Ultimate and Opti-coat Pro Plus. The whole process took 2 days. I live in philly. I dropped my car off and Ryan gave me a ride home. Then I took a train to lindenwold where he picked me up. The Xpel wrap is a clear film that protects against rock chips and is self healing. Ryan demonstrated it by scratching his car that had film on. Amazing stuff. He wrapped my full hood, full fender, side mirrors, front bumper and door edges. All these places are the most likely to get paint chips especially if you're on the highway a lot. He used pre-cut pieces from Xpel. Unfortunately Xpel did not include film for the lowest bumper trim on my car but Ryan made a custom piece for it. That is class on his part. He will hook you up with extras. Then he coated the car using opti-coat pro plus which is a 2 step coating of protection and gloss. He even coated my wheels. Dirt just comes off easily from a pressure wash and the water beading in insane. Of course he made sure the pain was corrected before doing all this. His service also includes a free first wash a few weeks later so that he could inspect the car and see if there needs a touch up. There's no such thing as a perfect job but this is as close to perfect. Ryan and his assistant Dan, are great guys. The price is very reasonable for the amount of detailing Ryan does. Ryan was also working on high end cars like corvettes, maseratis and Mercedes but he did not treat me like a 2nd class citizen.

This is highly recommended as you want to protect your major investment, especially the model S and X, as they come from the California plant, which has a different regulated paint specifications! Like many people, I wanted to find a place closest to the dealership, so that there would be no paint chips on the way there. After finding AODetail, and reading all their positive reviews, and even how the owner responded to the only negative review for someone doing a last minute request on New Year's Eve, I decided to call and talk specifics with the owner, Nick. He was AWESOME from the very first conversation through the entire process! His prices were reasonable and his experience was invaluable. I had some ideas as to what I wanted and which products and we discussed pros and cons of each. On a few occasions, we discussed possible options and rather than try to make a quick buck like many do, he recommended honestly against them as they added little to no value at a higher cost. We talked about his customer service and business practices and philosophy and how it closely aligned with mine when I had my own business. He is a very friendly, patient, down to earth, and honest businessman. He is also a perfectionist, which I appreciate as I am one too! I feel like a lot of automotive service centers whether it be for sales, repair, tinting, or detailing get a bad reputation for how they interact with women. Unfortunately, this tends to hold true for a lot of places but not at Flash Mobile Detailing. She told me about how great the customer service was and I was personally impressed by how soon they were able to get her into the schedule. My mother's Mercedes has always been kept in good condition, but over the years her headlights started to accumulate severe oxidation and hazing on the exterior. Out of the box solutions I applied either worked temporarily or not at all. I heard about the quality of work that Flash did from other friends in the car scene and honestly this was our last resort. If after this appointment, there was little or marginal improvement, I was just going to look into how much two new ML350 headlight assemblies would cost. This is obviously something I'd rather not expense, but visibility and headlight performance were so poor at night I felt as though it was a hazard for my mother and others on the road. You can't drive safely if you can't see where you're going or if others can't see you! My mother dropped her car off and waited while the team worked. She said they worked quickly, but paid attention to detail and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. All of the oxidation and haziness was removed and every time she drives at night, I get a text about how much of a difference the detail made. Went there for a free estimate and followed up with a trip to my car dealership for some touch-up paint and their estimate. Turns out that I don't need to pull off my rear bumper for painting a dime-size scratch that had paint removed to the metal; the piece over the wheel is another story. Dealer can have detail work buff up the plastic piece, but for less money, Virgo can replace the piece with a brand new piece (and paint it). Virgo updated the cost of my original estimate, and it was LESS than the dealers! Being a leased vehicle, I'd rather replace a damaged piece than just buff the scratches off and save money on top of that. Part 2 will be added after the work is done.

I'm very disappointed on the quality of work and the price he charged me for the detail (scratches are still in the truck). He told me that when he finished with the truck it was going to look like new, showroom condition. He reassured me that his "paint correction technique" will remove all scratches from my truck (not true). He also said he will remove the stains from the leather seats, stains are still visible and were not removed. I will never take my truck to this shop ever again! We live in a location with lots of maple trees that drip tree sap and insect honeydew which are notorious for destroying a car's paint. I looked into better car washes - like touchless centers (which are dramatically less damaging than typical automatic car washes), better car waxes, etc. I then tripped over the option of ceramic coating and PPF (Paint Protection Film), but the latter is extremely expensive and this isn't exactly a Lamborghini. A quick search of businesses that do coating in my area led to a handful of options. I called them all and got estimates ranging from $900 up to $2,500 with protection guarantees ranging from zero to nine years. Of all the places I called, the most responsive and helpful was DeCrosta. I'd obviously never done this before so I had a litany of questions. How does it work? Can it help with tree sap? How does car washing work? What doesn't it protect? What's the exact process? The list was endless. The owner, Joe, picked up the phone right away and answered all my questions in detail. After a few days, I called back again with a few more questions and, after he answered those, I set up an appointment to get it done. I opted for the nine-year application at a price well under what other shops were offering for just two or three years of protection. Much to my surprise, Joe actually picked the vehicle up at my house and took it in for the day. He recommended keeping it overnight to allow the coating to set properly. The next day he brought it back and my wife and I were astounded. I'd never seen a car shine like this before. The little glitter-like dots in the paint (Joe informed me they're called flakes) were incredibly prominent. I'd barely even noticed them before. Plus, water just fell off the car or beaded up in ways beyond what I'd seen with waxes. He showed me how simple it was to just blow the water off with a leaf blower. Joe also took the time to walk me through future care. He sent links for the right products to buy for doing my own car washes - washes that proved to be much easier given the coating. At an included follow-up wash he showed me how to do the wheels properly and the correct way to use a cleaning mitt to avoid any damage. It was all pretty fascinating for something as simple as a car wash. The first time I washed it on my own, everything happened just the way he described. The dirt slid off as did the honeydew spots and tree sap. The water vanished in the recommended towel with barely a touch. I found myself enjoying the experience for the first time since washing my first car back in the 80s. The tedious, exhausting exercise of the past was gone. DeCrosta kept me in the loop every step of the way and continued answering my questions after the process was complete. He explained why the products he uses are better than what you might normally pick up. Better pH balancing, better at working on ceramic coatings, better at reducing wear, etc. I couldn't possibly be happier with the service and his continued attention to the finest details. My wife's biggest question at the start was if this was "necessary" and I reminded her that we always spend the money to protect our phones. Why shouldn't we apply the same thinking for a $40,000 purchase? Only time will tell how well it stands up to the elements and challenges of my location, but Joe assures me he's got it covered - and we believe him.
