I found a used Ducati online, called about it,…read moreand got a firm out-the-door quote in writing from the salesperson, Grandis Hyatt, within a short period of time. I stopped by to check out the bike, which looked as good as new, so we made the deal. In short, it's a great bike, at a fair price, and even came with some un-advertised expensive upgrades (factory panniers and carbon slip-on exhaust). The manager (sorry I forgot his name) made the process of purchase (with a check) and registration easy, if not speedy. About the dealership: it's probably the best Ducati/BMW dealership I've been to, and I've been to many. It's spacious, has lots of inventory, lots of super-high-quality accessories, and complete lines of Ducati, BMW, and Klim clothing. In short I'd recommend this dealership to any of my riding buddies.

When I came back for the break in service to be done, I watched a young man that had came into the store wanting to buy a new M1000RR. He had never owned or ridden a bike before and wanted this for his first bike because he loved BMWs. I watched the sales people talk him out of this bike, which to me says a lot about them. They could have made the sale and sent him on his way, not caring what would happen to him just about the sale. They convinced him to buy a cheaper bike and get some experience for a couple of years before buying the M1000. You don't see this much anymore, it's all about the sale nowadays. Sure they could have sold the bike because thats what the customer wanted, and said well he shouldn't have bought such a bike as his first but thats what he wanted. They knew he would have injured himself or someone else and cared enough to talk to him. Says a lot about the staff at the dealership. I would recommend anyone to Motorcycles of Greensboro after seeing this. To Paul the store manager, you have a great team and hope you are proud of them.

They don't complete the transfer at that location. On top of that, you have to take the unlicenced, untitled scooter to a location in Burlington (which were excellent). This means the bike has to be transported at your own cost. The worse part is that I was lied to so many times, promises made that were not kept. Terrible company

Usually there would be one or two members to give a sideways glance, but not in this group. They all gave at least the look of "hey, good to see you "! I was there for a quick parts pickup, so I won't be long. I had a couple questions about the newest bike I just purchased. My first Indian; bike number 25 overall, where the first one was bought just over 50 years ago! 15 years ago I sold #24. Time flies, huh? The answers I got were not rushed to get me out the door. The personality of that crew just earned them a spot on the team that can take care of my newest bike! The Indian Scout Rogue 60 ABS. A mouthful to describe a well built, low center of gravity, 1000cc V-twin that will last as long as I have a well-trained team standing behind it, ready for anything that comes along. Thanks guys. Oh, and motorcycles is just the tip of the iceberg for what they represent! I assured them that I will be directing my attention towards them for recreational vehicle purchases, service of them, and all the add-ons that make them squeeze more fun out them going forward.

Called the dealership, made an appointment assuming that they had to reset the light with their proprietary software. The day before my appointment they called and told me they sold my wheel speed sensor to another customer that did not have an appointment and was a walk in. They did not have another appointment until two weeks later. Show up early for the appointment two weeks later, they start working on my bike right away. Two hours later they are done. During the post repair inspection I noticed the front headlight cover was not fully installed. For $115 per hour shop rate and $200+ sensor I expect better quality and customer service. I'll ride further or trailer my bike next time I need service. Don't recommend.
