Replaced a wheel speed sensor myself and the ABS light and DTC for front wheel speed sensor were…read morestill on. Called the dealership, made an appointment assuming that they had to reset the light with their proprietary software. The day before my appointment they called and told me they sold my wheel speed sensor to another customer that did not have an appointment and was a walk in. They did not have another appointment until two weeks later. Show up early for the appointment two weeks later, they start working on my bike right away. Two hours later they are done. During the post repair inspection I noticed the front headlight cover was not fully installed. For $115 per hour shop rate and $200+ sensor I expect better quality and customer service. I'll ride further or trailer my bike next time I need service. Don't recommend.

However, they failed to inspect and address any other issues like the styrofoam pellets that were now in the tail light lens. When I asked, they said it was just old. obviously they did not do as I asked and then tried to play it off as nothing. they did not know what it was for or why it was there. Very disappointed at the callous attitude. These things are expensive and if the insulation or whatever this is has been compromised due to the accident how long before tail light begins to fog over or fails completel. Will not use these guys again.

My Haggerty Insurance was able to get these guys out with a rollback tow truck. Micheal was the tow driver. He was very quick and professional. He took good care carefully getting my car loaded on the truck. Once we got to my home he was able with much pressing get my car turned into my garage at the exact location. I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this towing service. The tow truck was…read moreassigned to assist me with my vehicle, but because I had a professional development class, my brother waited for the driver to arrive on my behalf. From the moment the driver arrived, the situation was handled poorly. He came with a rude and unprofessional attitude. He did not greet my brother or communicate respectfully; he simply demanded the key. He also told my brother to move the vehicle in an abrupt way and nearly caused an accident because he was trying to force the tow truck into position instead of communicating properly ahead of time. I had already explained that the issue with my vehicle was the belt, but the driver still attempted to turn the car on. If a vehicle is being towed, there is NO REASON to try to start it, especially after being told what the issue is. His actions could have caused further damage. When loading my vehicle, he also attempted to move it while it was still in gear and handbrake, which could have potentially damaged the transmission. He also made rude comments and uncomfortable jokes about were my brother was standing while he loaded the vehicle , he was incapable of communicating safety measures in a respectful way. After arriving to the car shop the driver also refused to return the key at first and responded with attitude in a very dismissive manner. He eventually gave it back, but only after acting as if he was trying to close the door on my brother... On top of that, my family witnessed him driving extremely fast while towing my vehicle. On the highway, he was going approximately 80 to 90 mph, and even on smaller streets he continued driving too fast. My family was following in a Jeep and could barely keep up with the tow truck. There was no reason for this driver to act the way he did. His behavior was completely out of line in every aspect. If he was rushing to get to other destinations, then he needs proper training on how to deal with pressure, customer service manners, and most importantly, safety when handling a vehicle being towed. Driving way above the speed limit while towing my vehicle and being rude to my brother and my family is unacceptable. I hope you can take into consideration our awful experience when reading this and also provide feedback to him.
