My problem was choosing the malt extract: "No problem, just pick the lightest." They were a little low on whole wheat berry varieties, but I didn't need anything special. Making me think that I should invest in a mill. They had 00 flour, too.! Completely unexpected. For brewers, the encyclopedic stock of malted grains and yeast, along with brewing apparatus must make this a popular destination. Loved watching the fire-grilled pizza cook and the salad was definitely a shareable size. Indoors there are two TV monitors with one showing football and the other showing social media posts.
