When I walked in the door I was promptly greeted by the owner who was very friendly. He asked me if I needed any help. After I told him I was interested in a RC helicopter he asked me several questions about what I wanted to do with said helicopter. After he showed me several model and options, he then let me test fly them. What kind of store nowadays lets you test something out before you buy? I quickly learned that flying a RC helicopter requires a lot of skill that I currently don't have so I decided to wait to determine what I really wanted. I will definitely be back here to buy when I'm ready. The staff is friendly and there is a good amount of People working at all times. The store speaks for itself with the size and flow it's perfect. The section is hands down the best and the prices is a win as well. Be sure to take advantage of their rewards as it saves me $5 last purchase. It started to feel like we were being singled out or treated differently, and the overall atmosphere became uncomfortable. My favorite thing about Train Town is that the employees are happy to see you, even when you come in with a box of old stuff trains that are so tiny they can't even work on those trains, and even when you arrive with under half an hour until closing time. They don't ask a bunch of questions because they know how to assess the trains. They are so friendly that I look forward to each return.
