We had water pouring through our ceiling after Jordan did the plumbing for our tub with his son. Our contract stated that he was to come back out to install the plumbing once we worked our way through the project. Once our kids took a bath in the tub, water started pouring through the ceiling and he would not take responsibility. He blamed it on the fact that there were other contractors involved, although the other contractors never touched the tub or the work that he did. He came back out and "fixed the issue" taking no responsibility and paying for not a dime of his mistake. Only for us to patch up the ceiling and it to happen a month later. The issue was a three dollar BEVELED gasket for the overflow drain that he didn't install from the start. It is heartbreaking to go through this as a family when we are saving money to do projects like this-let alone the additional stress of it all. We tried to handle with Jordan and he completely ghosted us-after calling and texting him several times over 6 months-we gave up. A truly heartbreaking situation.

I spoke with several people during the scheduling process and all were extremely pleasant. Second, Patrick, the technician, showed up exactly as scheduled. He was extremely professional and gave me an estimate that I agreed to before he began the repair work. He successfully fixed a toilet, resolved a water pressure issue, and installed a new shower head. He also pointed out an issue that could require service in the future. I opted not to have it done immediately. I think the price was reasonable based upon work performed. I would recommend Mr Rooter and wouldn't hesitate to contact this business again.

Had a bad experience with this company. Toilet wasn't working so I scheduled them to come between 8…read moream and noon and they did not arrive until close to 1 pm. They then quoted us 750$ to use a camera and snake the main line. After not being able to get the camera or wire to work, they said they would take 250$ off the price, but I was still charged 700$ for nothing to be done. After charing me, they then send me the "quote" and invoice. The quote they sent us was for 1500$ and was to "replace the toilet and sink" which was never discussed. They then said to fix the problem they would have to take up the floor and it would be upwards of 7000$. They said they would send me a detailed quote/estimate for this project so we know exactly what needs done, and after emailing and texting/calling them for days I have gotten no response. Then we went downstairs (the bathroom is in the basement) and realized that they left a tarry substance that looked and smelled of feces all over our basement floor, bathroom floor, AND our washing machine. Do not use this company, they will do nothing and then scam you out of hundreds of dollars and leave your place worse off than when they came.

My tank was pretty old and they said that would be the cheapest fix but if the tank started to go bad then I would need a new one all together which was really expensive. A friend of mine recommended I call Force Heating and Cooling, they came out and quoted me a much more affordable rate for an entire new tank all together! Not only were they extremely friendly, their work for removing the old and installing the new was quick, clean and efficient! I was so happy with their work, I have used them since for my furnace and will only continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs! Highly recommended!

About 14 months later we had unit replaced. We found one at cost but Tinman would not install it because we didn't buy it from them. Now in Dec 2024 we called Tinman as we had a very expensive bill. They told us "This part needs replaced, this part only may last 18-24 months, and after I replaced this part (costing $2K already) I hear a leak from somewhere. We need to tear down a wall to get to it. It could be $6K to $10K. I would just suggest replacing it at $35K." We had a second opinion and was told the problem was nothing Tinman said what was wrong was fixed at less than $500. The second person went through our unit and said nothing is wrong with it. It has been running fine ever since. I feel Tinman is only out to get an up sale on your problem. They always add in a yearly fee to come out and check the unit once or twice. They always say "I corrected A but found B" just for more money. Also husband is 100% disabled Vet, we were told owner is a Vet also but does not give discounts. A true serviceman respects the service and commitment you have for our country. No regard for military.
