I went there early to play pickleball and they wouldn't let me borrow the pickleball net. My tax money into bad use.

Before Randy started his program, he has been coaching at high school just because of his passion with tennis.

Most broken down gym equipment gets fixed pretty quick and the lockers(with showers)/restrooms are clean, nice, and spacious. They offer $1 gym towels in case you forget to bring one and have free basketballs to use in exchange for your gym ID. This is where my first complaint comes in though; their customer service area is pretty much non-existant. I've stood in plain sight waiting to be tended to and have had to wait 5-10 minutes, even when the employees are up front doing next to nothing (scanning IDs). My second complaint doesn't have to do with complex, but the members who utilize the gym. There is always groups of women who take up cardio machines for longer than 25 machines yapping on and on (rules state only 20 minutes per session). And the minute they do get off, they hand the machines to their other friends. It becomes very frustrating at times and has me considering joining a private gym. I suppose it's faults come with the $36.50 for 3 months price tag. It's been a great experience, but I'm afraid it's starting to sour on me with how small the gym is and people continually joining.

Their Amazing staff includes Alexis, Frankie and Melanie who work extremely hard to ensure all sporting events go well. This is a great complex, always clean. I highly recommend this complex for all children who want to participate in all sports.

I came here to play on vacation because my nephew plays here. I did not bring my raquet or birds…read moreso I decided to rent the shoes and racket. Shoe rental $5 and raquet is $5. Drop in is $12 which is cheaper than the San Francisico area which is $20 and court rental $60 for an hour. I will say there is a small parking lot small and there is not many spaces. Maybe if it is full look for parking across the street. It was my first time there and there was one spot left, so I took it. The floor is pretty decent. It was a matted floor. In terms of playing games, from what the other players I asked how it works is: you have to put your bird on the little cones in the corner. If here are 2 of you, you have to put two birds there so people know there are 2 of you waiting. You are guarantee 2 games once you step on the court. After 2 games you have to get off. All this seem fair except that people at this club like to play with their friends so even when I had my birds on the cones and when they where done they all got off and people straight up would say "no" I don't want to play you. hmmmm... I guess that is a problem. I'm not sure management can do something about that. In Fremont area, and in the badminton community I think it happens very often which is very unwelcoming to newbies or even people who come in one or twos, who want to play. Unlike pickle ball. I get in people faces and ask them to play with me as if I'm a man asking a girl to dance at a club. And yes, guys walk away but someone eventually says yes, and I try to kick their ass because at this point I'm mad and fustrated. Since is it summer it is really hot, and I will say the temperature is the same outside as it is inside maybe hotter inside as everyone and their grandmother is in there running around. Overall, I would come back to play especially when I don't have my equipment.
