If I could leave zero stars I would. A new employee working on September 7, 2025 around 10:20pm closing shift was very unprofessional. We were told we couldn't play with cleats which was all we had. We requested a refund since we couldn't play anymore. The employee then refused to give us a refund and then bribe us to pay him $20 to allow us to play. We paid him via Zelle since it was are only choice. The employee was very unprofessional. He wasted our time going back and forth with us about the situation and didn't want to reimburse us the time he made us waste. read more

First time here at U5 and pleased on the how many fields they had here. Came here in the evening with my son's soccer team. It's in between a gas station (I forgot which one) and an auto body shop, so you can easily miss the entrance. Good enough parking if you come early and I think there's street parking in front of the building gate. We left at 8pm ish, parking lot was full and people were waiting for parking. The turf seems well maintained in my opinion and the kids had a great time. We played on field#3 and like that the session is recorded, which you can review the games/play. I believe it takes a couple hours or next day to view, but once it's available I'll be able to show my son. Would recommend to trying this place out. read more

Came here for a practice with my nephews soccer team. There are a good amount of fields, a little spread out as some are on the other side of the main building, but they are perfect for 5v5 soccer. No cleats are allowed, which we did not know and just assumed that you could wear cleats as most other indoor facilities do allow them. There is a "bar" inside which is nice to get out of the cold night and just hang out. Parking is a bust. There are some spots, but with so many fields going on at once there is a lot of people there. Overflow parking is on Firestone Blvd. Overall the fields are in good shape, they are always packed and it soccer. There is not much you can ask for from a place that allows you be able to play soccer even in the rain. read more

My friends seem to enjoy playing soccer here more than their previous site which was smaller, more crowded and more expensive. This soccer field (which was a car dealership) is well lit with many courts and free parking in the surrounding area. There are chairs for spectators, but no clocks. Just have your watch handy for the when you're asked for the time. Overall, it's a clean, safe place for enclosed soccer with artificial turf. Get some exercise while having fun! read more

This is an amazing place. Since 2017 I ve come so many times with friends, and that's because I finally found the perfect place to play soccer for children and adults. The fields are perfect. Always a friendly atmosphere, and you can even enter into a tournament if you want to. And can we speak about the cafe inside the main building ? The products sold there are home made, and truly delicious. I advise you to try Nutella crepe ! And guess what you can meet professional soccer players coming from France and Europe play there. The place chargers around $8 for pick up that starts after 7 PM or so. It is not monitored or reffed. Last time I was there there was one team that played 15 games straight because they were a pre-made team. if you have a solid five man team that is good and wants to play competitive, then this is the place for you. However, this is pick up and should be fun for everybody not just the premade teams that show up. There's no time limit between each game so you could be standing around a while. They don't open up other fields, despite there being so many people there watching and standing around. The fields that you play are pretty crap and torn up so injury is definitely a risk for those that are not wearing the right shoes. If you want to play pick up games that are fun and friendly, then I would recommend looking at MeetUp organized games. I'm shocked that there isn't a liability waiver signed with how poor conditions the fields are. If you play here and get injured then lawyer up because you could own the place with the negligence you see everywhere. read more

No cleats ..unlike goals where you can have cleats..here they care about their turf. This is hands down the best place to take your kid if they love soccer and competition!!! Some of the best players around town come to this place for pick up games and knock out tournaments! Honestly we play club and I would have to say the competition at the pick up games have more talented kids than any club game we've ever played. Also you can get training here by super good trainers that know the sport very well at fantastic scalable rates. Entire staff and food court and front desk are very helpful and everyone here is smiling seems happy to be there! Overall I'm impressed with this place it's a little drive for me around 20 miles but worth it. I had a birthday party here for an 11 year old and it was such an easy accessible venue. Me and the team at US5 worked at a great package very friendly to my pockets. pick up games are jam packed and it's a pain in the neck to wait and get in a group of 5. the order of wait gets mixed up so make sure you cover your own buttocks. this place's got finessed players at times, but it's a mixed bag in terms of the skill level, which is fine. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible worst experience ever I hate to do this I don't like to use yelp to do bad reviews but this is something that I cannot let pass. I have been taking my kids to play there almost since they started with the business the staff has always been not the best not the worst just blank but what I experienced tonight was awful I was yelled by a guy over a fence that is all loose, I was leaving when my son approached me to tell me that he was going to stay to play another game when all of the sudden this guy came out of nowhere start yelling at my son to leave the fence alone I look at him and said he is not doing anything he is talking to me, then he came closer to me and he was trying to fix the fence and saying oh we have to fix it fuck you people and I said excuse me? Are you taking to me, he answer was fuck off does it look like I am taking to you? I was like what!!! Are you serious? And he did it again fuck you just leave bitch fuck you I was like oh no Fuck you! You cannot talk to me like that I went straight to main office to talk to the manager I left my other 2 kids in the car crying they were so scared I explain the manager the situation he apologize and said that he was going to talk to him all of the sudden he came to the office and star blaming me for the situation pointing his finger to my face I told the manager to please ask him to put his finger out of my face six times and didn't do anything I just left and called my husband to take care of business. Haven't been here in a couple of weeks but this place is super nice and in my opinion offers better playing time, better competition, and an overall experience than other indoor soccer centers. You can join a league here and play actual games, rent out a whole field for an hour, or play pick up with friends and strangers like I usually do. I know for pick up they usually do 5v5 including the goalies. They even have a crepe restaurant inside which I haven't tried but hear is really good. I know Monday's they only charge $5 which is super cheap so I try going on those days. Other days the prices are $8 or $12 and I forget which days. So if you're not going on mondays it might get expensive but in my opinion it's totally worth it if you bring a team or come with friends cause you'll definitely have a great time! read more
