I asked for the cost to Ann Arbor and was told by the driver $59.00. I agreed and got in with my kids. After driving away I didn't see any Taxi license of any kind. No meter either. Once I got to Ann Arbor and got out the driver then told me $69.00 . I told him he quoted 59 and he argued with me and said well you are giving a 10 dollar tip anyway and it was my fault for not asking if there were extra charges. I refused to pay the extra and told him I was reporting him to the airport. I tried to call Metro Airport and basically got transferred all over and never to the right person. Beware of this guy . I doubt he is even a taxi company. Glad I got to my destination in one piece. Name on receipt was Link Metro Airport Services. Not on the vehicle either.

Especially when we are planning something extremely special. Going with a agent I quickly realized she not only was able to score our air fair cheaper than any website or travel site such as Kayak or Orbit. She also suggested what time of year to travel making sure to save us top dollar!!! We even able to UPGRADE TO 1ST. CLASS with the extra money we had put aside for the tickets I was able to put money down and pay for the plane tickets now and they are allowing me to make payments towards our vacation in 2022. I also was able to give them cash for the tickets and Betty Ann was able to use the travel agency to charge the air fair. Something I thought we were going to have a problem with seeing both of us was not to eager using our credit cards. But everything has went so smooth so far. Now that the air fair is out of the way she was able to find us a perfect all inclusive resort in Jamaica! We are super excited to go! The accommodations are 5 star and we are able to kind of customize the itinerary making sure there is things we both were looking forward to doing is on the list! I will be sure to update my review once we get back from our mini holiday! But I felt I needed to share how much money and time we were able to save and without paying extra, they saved us even more money than if I was to do everything myself and offered some awesome suggestions for our travel as well.
