The shop said they needed to replace the turbo for my truck as that could cause the issue. After paying $2,700 for the turbo replacement. I picked up my truck and every time I start my truck there is now a loud clicking inside the cab from what they say is an accustom that is now bad by pure Coincidence which it was not making that sound before I dropped it off and has been making the sound ever since And the second time I turned on my truck after picking it back the check engine light came back on for the same o2 sensor. after asking them about it they said they didn't swap out the actual sensor to make me not waste my money. they said they ran a test on the sensor after installing the new turbo and it was good but it wasn't even 13 hours after getting it back that the check engine light came back on. Then they went ahead and charged me another $239.02 to have them fix the issue. THE SAME ISSUE I ORIGINALLY TOLD THEM TO FIX.

Progressive Insurance outsources their roadside service and the service is horrible. We called Goodyear in Joplin to see if they had 4 tires to replace the dangerous Westlake tires that exploded and if they knew any roadside/tow service that could help us. RD at Goodyear was a saint! He had the tires we needed and personally drove 40 miles to the camper, removed all 4 tires, drove back to Joplin to mount the new tires and 40 miles back to the camper to put the new tires on our camper. Best service anyone could ask for - there aren't many good customer oriented service people as good as RD! Thank you so much for your caring and compassionate service.

It was Presidents' Day and no one could take me or service me, reeves got me in immediately and had me back on the highway in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! These guys were amazing, down to the point and worked hard so I could get back home. I'm not from the area, but if I were, I'd be back for absolutely anything. They took care of me and even allowed my dog inside while they worked. Usually places would upsell knowing my situation, but they gave me a fair price and got to work instantly. I pulled into a convenience store, aired up the tire which didn't stay aired up long. RNR tire was a half a mile away and I was barely able to make it there when the tire was flat again. Andre Herron greeted me when I walked in the door. He said, it looks like you are not having a good day, what can we help you with? He noted my distress and put me at ease. He looked at my tire and thought it would be an easy fix. He got me in immediately. When they took the tire off, I had run over a large bolt that damaged the top and side of the tire as well as the rim. I was very upset. Andre did his best to find me the lease expensive price as I had to replace the tire that was almost new. Andre and the gentleman that worked on my tire were awesome - they explained everything to me, they showed me the damage, and took care of me as quickly as possible. So many times, I've been treated like a dumb old woman in scenarios such as this. I really appreciated the efficiency and respect that was given to me by these two gentlemen. I highly recommend this place of business.

A guy came in for his brakes and routers as well, they fix more on his car than he requested and charged him for it and the labor he didn't agree to nor ask for. He ended up paying over $900 on something that is an entry level mechanic job. He was not the only customer upset, there were PLENTY more to speak about. I would never recommend this place of business.
