I have previously eaten pizza here and it was delicious! However, after visiting Panama City on 5/18/26 I was very disappointed. I ordered a 18" pepperoni with sausage to go. The house I was renting during this trip was only 8 minutes from the establishment. The pepperoni was very greasy and only few scattered pieces of sausage. I wish I would have looked at it prior to leaving as I would have not taken it out of the establishment. I used paper towels to soak up a large portion of the grease and still was very greasy. After eating one piece I had to put the rest in the trash. I may try it again but will be eating there! read more

Awesome staff! Showed up a little before they opened and the staff were outside chatted with them and was bummed they weren't open yet. Went back to my truck and sat there for a few til they opened. Then one of them came and told me to come in. Gave me a free beer and pizza. This place is awesome every time I come here. read more

WOW! First off, 100+ pizza varieties by the slice - no more arguing over toppings! So many choices, so little time. Buffalo bread was the stuff my drunken dreams are made of - crispy bread, merry cheese, Buffalo chicken and a side of dipping sauce. Awesome! Wings were wet but crispy, wonderful flavors! Pizza was crispy and melty- my topping choice didn't work for me, but that's my fault. Who knew about papadews? Not me lol. Decided to visit this spot recently on a whim and definitely was impressed. The service was awesome they strive to make sure everything they serve is up to par. They have A LOT of different pizza choices, one for everyone veggie, spicy, even anchovies. I've returned a couple times and have been able to try a lot of different ones. We got there an hour before closing with other customers still there, the pizzas took fifty minutes to make an then came out in to-go boxes, they then hinted they wanted us to leave after waiting fifty minutes for our food to clean up the place. Where do I even begin? As soon as I walked in, it seemed as if I was drowning in a sea of people and toddlers running around. After I was finally able to find a table that wasn't overflowing with trash or tainted with some spilled soda, I went to the counter to order, only to be greeted by a line of people that seemed to have been waiting there forever. Now, what would you expect the price of one slice of pepperoni pizza and a drink to be? $14? Absolutely not. And they have the audacity to ask for a tip. I went back to my table and waited exactly an hour to receive my food after asking about its status. When I got my food, it was cold, burnt, and just not worth the wait or price. Granted, it was busy, but with as many people running around in the back kitchen, I expected better. I recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys watching the people that ordered after you receive their food first. read more

Ordered two tony pizzas and the one that was edible was good but the other one must've accidentally gotten dripped with something because it somehow tasted like soap. I've never asked for a refund before but it was a detergent flavored $27 pizza so I called. I drove 30 minutes one way just to pick it up so all I wanted was a refund for the one pizza and they said all they could do was have me drive back and remake it which I honestly wasn't in the mood to spend an extra hour doing. read more

I recently learned I had to switch to a gluten free diet and my first thought was pure devastation thinking that I couldn't have Slice House pizza anymore, but come to find out you guys offer GF pizza and its JUST AS GOOD?? The 38.00 pizza was so salty we tried to eat 2 pieces and threw the rest in the garage. We had high hopes for slice house but sadly Slice House fell short... Does this place take some time to get your pizza ready...yes. Is the service on the slower side...sometimes. These things aside, the extensive menu will make anyone in your party happy. The workers have always been approachable and friendly. Regarding the prior reviews mentioning restaurant cleanliness, I haven't seen any issues with this. Classic movies are always playing, and the music rotates through genre classics. Another bonus is the fully loaded NES in the corner to play games while waiting for your order. Their pizza is phenomenal, with an extensive menu that will satisfy anyone's craving. Probably the best pizza in Panama City, however, not the best pizza spot. The cleanliness of the facility is mediocre at best. The place has roaches upon roaches which has turned me away from this place. Just the thought of roaches waltzing around in the kitchen where the food disgusts me. I stumbled onto this place. I was running super early for a meeting and so I stopped in for lunch. I was blown away! First off, they have reinvented the pizza. If you come here and cannot find a pizza, then you hate everything pizza. They have pizzas that are super pizza basic and others that are beyond creative. Plus their names will make you laugh a little, like the Popeye. Some of their apps and pizza are definitely meant for chili heads like the Toast The Ghost. I wasn't brave enough to try that.
