Super laid back and cool little place! It's a tad off the beaten path, so that's perfect for me! They have a few shoppes and a restaurant, which I will compose a separate review for at a later date. Great outdoor area to chill out with a cold one or just to relax and read a book. I will absolutely start to frequent here in the near future!

Love Little Village! The owner has a heart of gold! Sandy really looks out for her local community! She put on a benefit for a rescue dog we had named Rocky!!! He was severely abused. He's doing fabulous and thanks to their generosity we were able to pay for his heart worm treatment! He's now adopted by a wonderful person who loves him dearly!

I like that you can have a beverage while you shop. Lots to look at. This house has been turned into a store and restaurant. Hippie maybe free spirit types would like this. I liked the view from the back over the water.

Such a fun and creative eclectic "hippie" style place to relax, shop and eat. There's sometimes music! Setting is beside water where you'll find many randomly placed seats. You could look a thousand times at things in their outdoor patio shops and dining and and the indoor shops, but never take it all in because they gave do many things! Food is so yummmmmm here! Friendly place too! I'm hanging here every week!

We hadn't eaten so we decided to try it. All I can say is "WOW"! Give me a board with fresh cheese, meats and sides and I am in heaven. Their boards do not disappoint. We also ordered the whipped cheese spread with baguettes. It was so delicious we asked the chef to come out so we could compliment her. The mixed drinks are delicious. Try the Old & New which is a copy of an Old Fashion. They have many wines and beers also. Our Burgunbarrel experience was so good we went back the next day to have another appetizer (deviled eggs), the Mama Mia board, and split a sandwich. Again, delicious, great service, and as great as the day before. Burgunbarrel is now in our top five for Panama City! Excellent addition to the beautiful St. Andrews.

We ordered a couple of boards and a few bottles of wine. The boards were good, but not quite filling enough for a full dinner for our group. The bartender was also serving tables, so service was a bit limited and we often had to get up and go to the bar since check-ins at the table were infrequent. Our table was also on the smaller side, which made it a little crowded once the wine and boards arrived. That said, we would absolutely go back -- especially as a date night spot for just the two of us to enjoy a glass of wine and a board as an appetizer while listening to live music.

Very yummy and refreshing. Food: Steak Tacos, Carnitas Nachos and El Pollo Tacos, Queso and Chips Steak taco was a little bit chewy but the flavor was very good. The El Pollo Taco had great flavor and our friend who was eating this taco loves hot stuff so the owner brought over some hot sauce that they make in house and said friend said it was wonderful....I tried just an itty bitty taste and my mouth was burning...eeeeek!! My favorite was the carnitas nachos....so flavorful and I loved the pickled onions and black beans on the nachos. Queso was nice and thick and had a little kick to it. Chips came out warm and plenty in the basket for sharing. We ordered their Street Corn and Chips and ate that when we got back home and it was my all time favorite. Perfection!! I would drive over to their restaurant just to order the Street Corn and Chips to go. We will be back and we recommend 100PC!!

My daughters loved the cucumber sandwiches--they tasted fresh and crisp. The ham and provolone had a mustard spread they didn't care for, and the bread was a little on the stale side. That said, the presentation on the two-tier platter was undeniably cute. Honestly though, the real win here is the vibe. It somehow blends traditional afternoon tea with hip coffee shop energy and just a hint of speakeasy moodiness. The "bar" lined with loose leaf teas instead of liquor bottles was such a fun touch (though yes, they do serve alcohol too if that's your thing). We sat in one of the window alcoves, which felt semi-private and made the whole outing with my daughters feel a little extra special. And the floor-to-ceiling bookshelf? Chef's kiss. Our server was attentive and cheerful, and mentioned they offer a full high tea once a month--which apparently sells out in five minutes (not surprising). But honestly, the mini tea (available Fridays and Saturdays) was just right for us.

Light food also available like a vegan soup, scone with clotted cream and jam and couple other items. Loved this place wil stop back again!

Unfortunately, today's lunch visit was disappointing. We stopped in around 1pm, and the restaurant was mostly empty aside from a few guests at the bar. The calamari was fantastic, easily the highlight of the meal. However, the rest of the experience fell short. Our food took quite a while to come out despite the restaurant not being busy. My father's burger arrived raw and had to be sent back, which was frustrating. I ordered the grouper sandwich. While the fish itself was cooked properly, it tasted bland and lacked seasoning. The portion of fish was also much larger than the bun, which made it awkward to eat, the fillet kept sliding out and falling apart. It just wasn't a good overall feel for a sandwich. Additionally, the service felt inattentive. Our waitress wasn't very engaged, and overall the experience didn't match the standard I've come to expect here. I'm hoping this was just an off day, as I've had great meals here before.
