When I went it I was greeted by the front desk staff and asked to fill out some paperwork. I filled it out and was directed to a room to wait for the doctor. I met with the doctor and the doctor recommended that I do x rays. X rays were done and after the doctor look at the x ray results he recommended I do corrective care. Doctor created a plan and I followed it. Dr. Hayes took great care of me and it is a great place to go to for chiropractic services.

I don't think this is ethical at all. The doors were open leading to the waiting room. No confidentiality. I was quite uncomfortable with the experience.
