    I can never figure out why a business providing a service does not return calls from people needing…read moretheir help. Is business that good? But, I'm kind of glad it took three calls before I reached someone at B&B Appliance Repair. It wasn't an emergency, but had it been, they would have been out there the next morning. Instead, the owner coordinated with my tenant, and the stove was fixed in a timely manner. The bill was sent via text to me which allowed me to stay home and tend to other matters instead of driving 60 miles to Winchester. I own a duplex which means I have double the number of appliances. I know who to call next time one needs repairing. And I'll bet anything, I'll have to call just one time.

    I was at a loss as to who to turn to when my Maytag washer- only 1 1/2 years old - stopped working…read more So I went to YELP, which I have turned to many times before and have always been satisfied. I reached out to B&B Appliance. They reached back out to me within 5 minutes and asked when I would like them to come. They were upfront about the cost for coming and when I said tomorrow, I was shocked to get a reply saying no problem. They said between 8:30-9 am and they arrived within that window. It took them no time to find the problem. They had to order the part and said it should be in by Thursday, and they would call that morning (today) with an ETA. True to their word a call came in early, and we were told between 11-1. Once again, they came in the time quoted. They talked with my husband for a while and discussed the type of issue we were having, saying it was not the first time they had to replace that same part in a Maytag. My husband was very satisfied with them. Rest assured if we have any future appliance problems, they will be the people we call. If you want a reliable company, who says what they are doing and takes the time to explain what happened, then call them! My husband and I are both very satisfied with the service we received.     What a shame. I've used Mikes repairs for 5 years now and in the past. The company is run by…read moreNathan and his son Eddie and they've been great. He has done a lot of work for me and in March 2020, I paid him $7000 for a new forced air a/c unit and humidifier. I called Nathan a couple of months ago because the humidifier I paid him $1600 to install isn't working. It hasn't worked properly since the day it was installed and he's been out to fix it a couple of times Since. I called him in July because the humidifier had completely stopped and Was displaying an error message. He did not show up to two appointments and he stopped answering my calls until I switched off my caller display. Then he answered right away. He did finally admit that he was stacked out with work because it was so hot so my humidifier wasn't a priority. I wasn't happy with that and I think that shows a lack of customer service but I rolled with it. At the weekend, I noticed my a/c unit which Nathan installed in 2020 was leaking water. I called and spoke to Nathan and he said he would be out today between noon and 2pm. I took the afternoon off work and guess what, he hasnt showed up again. It's 5pm as I write this. Nathan has not returned a voicemail or text message and I'm so annoyed. On the receipt, I got for the initial installation, Nathan wrote '2 year labor warranty/5 year warranty on humidifier'. On the receipt for the A/C unit, it reads '2 year labor/10 year warranty on parts, labor and compressor'. I guess theres no point having a warranty if you can't get the guy to show up. Im still hoping Nathan does the right thing so I can delete this review.
