We felt comfortable with her sensitivity to our concerns - which were many. My wife has a fine eye for color, so the mix and application had to be just right. We're also concerned about paint odors and potential damage to our vintage woodwork, period flooring and landscapes. Beth put us at ease on all issues with her professionalism and good nature. Finally, and most importantly, she did a great job. The crew started and ended on time. There was no damage to anything (aside from some unavoidable shrub movement - but we were expecting that) and they cleaned up after themselves impeccably. This was a job well done. Major household projects are never a pleasant undertaking for a homeowner (especially ones as inept at that kind of thing as we are), but Tavish and Conor made the entire process seamless and even enjoyable. Their work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and frequent, friendly communication instilled us with complete confidence. Most importantly, the finished painting work in our downstairs and new outside deck looked (and still look) incredible! Will be adding photos later as I get them from my folks, but can't recommend these two enough -- they truly care about their craft and their customers. We were a little concerned because we had just had the hardwood floors refinished and were afraid that the ceiling paint would drip onto them in spots, thinking it would be difficult to avoid. The same evening I met her neighbor who also worked with Thomas to refinish her kitchen. I had been thinking about doing this in my kitchen as my dark cabinets, while beautiful and perfectly functioning, made my space look very dark. Like many people, I spend the majority of my time at home in my kitchen. I scheduled a consult with Thomas and his team and was struck by their eye for design and ability to keep the things we had that worked well and enhance them by adding just the right colors to make the space more current and to add brightness. I did not feel oversold and they took the time to come out several times to help us work through color decisions. When the crew came to do the work I was awestruck with their diligence, attention to detail, focus on preparation, and cleanliness. They minimized disruption to our family, and executed the project perfectly. Thomas came by frequently to be sure the project was on track. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I absolutely give Thomas Mach Interiors five stars! The entire process and the outcome were flawless.

We had looked at replacing cabinets and at painting and we decided the cabinets were great and checked on painting. Some of the painters we looked at did not do the quality job we wanted (visible brush strokes etc.) so we contacted Thomas Mach for a consultation. He came and shared his vision for how our kitchen could look and we decided right then to go ahead on the project. His team was so professional, and completely protected the rest of the house from the painting. Everything was sprayed on the spot using Farrow and Ball Paint which carries a 6 year warranty. They also helped us decide on new countertops and back splash. They managed the entire project start to finish and we had a new kitchen in just over a week. We were so impressed we had them also paint our dining room which needed it. This was not a low cost project and more expensive than other companies we checked with, but the quality, professionalism and speed made the choice obvious and worth the value.

I have read the bad reviews here, and I have not found any of that behavior exhibited in dealing with them... So I would highly recommend them. Plumbers are the most in demand vendors when you have a house and people need to understand that they can't be in 50 places at once. After malfeasant Clayton (of Reynolds Plumbing and Heating) installed a shower valve and a dial for…read morecontrolling the temperature in the shower I cannot turn the dial for the temperature for water to H, the hottest setting and as a result the shower is only lukewarm, or exceedingly cold. Reynolds will not fix the problem or give me a refund. Reynolds charged me $380. for his employee Clayton to flood my walls and steps beneath my shower. Reynold and his employees are malfeasant con artists who do terrible work for high prices who do not guarantee their work. Moreover, the shower valve leaks as it did before the installation and now my shower is only cold, not hot. I lost $380. when I hired Reynolds and my shower is worse than it was before his employee came here. I do not recommend them.

I have been a customer of Bradway Plumbing for 5 years. They installed a hot water heater for us,…read moreand have completed multiple plumbing jobs such as toilet installations, sink faucets, UV light systems, and more. This morning I called requesting help with our aging mini-split a/c system and was told they would no longer provide service to us as a result of an incident that occurred last Fall when driving past the owner's house. The workers they hired were installing electrical conduit and a box truck in front of us stopped before starting again. My wife and I, with our two dogs in the car, began to proceed. I assumed it was safe to proceed. The truck suddenly stopped and the reverse lights came on, so I blew my horn, knowing they could not see us behind them. Suddenly, the two workers startied screaming at me, cursing and calling me names and verbally abusing me for proceeding. My wife and I were very shaken up by this and called the local police to report this violent behavior. I am extremely upset as well as disappointed that this company would turn their back on me as a customer. The only reason I am giving them two stars is that we have always been satisfied with their work. Knowing that this is how they operate, I would never even want to use them again. They actually should get 0 stars for treating a customer in such a way. EDIT: to be clear, I never said the workers who verbally abused us were employees of Bradway Plumbing. But it is Bradway Plumbing who we just discovered will no longer do work for us. There is no misplaced blame, other than Robert now trying to blame me. I guess he thinks we should just accept being verbally assaulted and cursed at by the people he hired to work on his house? Maybe he should have spoken to the people he hired about the incident. Anyway, I am now fully aware of the type of business owner Robert Bradway is and will happily move on.

Their response was almost immediate with technicians to address both a plumbing and heating emergency; a furnace failure which had resulted in a frozen pipe to burst causing catastrophic damage to our entire home. Within hours Mike had found and repaired the broken pipes and faucet and Josh had the Peerless furnace up and running allowing the Servpro team to start their remediation work. Thank you all on the Robert Bradway team for your excellent service!
