This husband and wife team (Giovanny and Miriam) are very hard-working and excellent painters. This is the second house they have painted for us and as was the case with the first, it was done with much care and attention to detail. They thoroughly scraped each house, primed and top coated. Once they start a job they stay on it until completed while keeping a good eye on weather conditions. They use the roll and brush method which I prefer to spraying. Both are pleasant to work with and are extremely respectful and polite. Giovanny takes great pride in his work and it is important to him to have a satisfied customer at the end of the job. As proof of their willingness to work hard at what they do, the first house they painted is located in Otis, MA the other outside of Boston. Giovanny and Miriam were willing to make the long commute daily from Lee until the house outside Boston was completed; it appears they will go just about anywhere within MA, eastern NY, Conn, etc. I would recommend them without any hesitation and plan to tap them for future interior projects which includes walls, trim, and perhaps a redo for kitchen cabinets which appears to be a specialty! read more

My home in New Marlborough MA 01230, was in tuff shape. The house had not been painted in some time and the weather had affected the condition of the wood and its pealing painted surface. I am in Florida so working with a contractor who would keep me informed through photos was very important. GioServices LLC accepted the job and got to work in a timely manor as promised (considering the rains in the Berkshires). They were able to power-wash the entire house, cut back the overgrown bushes and ornamental trees to open up the surface of the house. He and his crew were able to scrape and sand all surfaces to remove pealing paint and prepare the surfaces. They then, primed the house using Benjamin Moore products as well as the finish coat of stain. My home is now protected from the elements and looks great! I also got one of his posters in the mail & thought I'd give them a call - good choice. He came late on Mother's Day evening for his estimate of painting the house and the garage & clearly he'd had been working all day, so I liked him right away. He wrote up his quote on the spot & his price was fair market. I sent him a bank transfer of half the amount the next day & sure enough, he showed up a few days earlier than the three weeks expected, which was nice and he & the crew got right to work. I asked he not spend too much time on the garage as I was planning to re-do it next summer, but when we came up a few days later, the whole project was almost done and the garage especially looked fantastic. We gave them a very tough job, almost 12 years since the last job, many damaged areas, yet they worked their magic and our house looks young and vibrant again. Giovanni and his awesome team painted the interior of our new home. This included ceilings, walls, doors and trim. From the very beginning, he was very responsive to my questions, made recommendations to us in terms of color choices and kept in constant communication with us through the entire process. Giovanny and his team were very responsive and professional. The original timeframe needed to be pushed into the next year due to rain and he offered an additional discount due to the inconvenience. He was flexible in scheduling, working weekends to finish up quickly. The crew was very courteous and hard working, even working through record heat this week! I would say the only small challenge was a little miscommunication between what we thought would be painted on a few back windows that were not going to be replaced or were made of metal and could not be painted - that was not 100% clear when we did the contract. Amazing job by Gioservices LLC. Our 1814 house in Canaan, NY, was in desperate need of attention. Gioservices LLC, led by Giovanniy Tintin, came to the rescue. Giovanny and his crew worked so hard and carefully. First, they power washed the house, then paint-stained it a clean white, creating, at the end of only 5 days, a beautiful pristine white house. Their ladders reached up to the roof, under the eaves, around the corners. They carefully stained the brown wood steps, contrasting their clean lines with the surrounding white. I chose Gio Services LLC Painting based on recommendations from two neighbors who were very happy with their work. I put down a deposit in the Fall of 2020 for work to start in the Spring of 2021. Weather issues slowed up the work somewhat but all work was done professionally and according to the contract. Contract changes were made as needed successfully.
