Food took forever, the order was wrong and the 3 juvenile delinquents working behind the counter have the absolute worst customer service. The missing cheese fried took 16 minutes to get out and we were the only ones in here. Served with an attitude on top of it. read more

I want to say right off I think this place is kind of expensive. I understand there are higher prices to be expected in a mall, but I still think they charge too much. On the positive, they have cheese fries which just rocks my world. I would recommend if you do get them to ask for the fries to be unseasoned. The seasoning they use is a bit overwhelming and they use A LOT. Also positive is the attitude. Employees are very friendly and efficient. Smiles abound, and I have mentioned several times that customer service needs to include smiles. There are fun posters all around the place, all extolling how good the product is at the store. Better than just plain walls a lot of fast food places use. I also really liked the fact that if you have some sort of refillable drink cup, they only charge 75 cents for a drink. Way to drop some cost and protect the environment from trash at the same time. Overall, I would say this is better than a lot of fast food you will find. read more

I used to visit this location all the time but anymore it just seems run down and dirty. I probably wouldn't even go here but I love the hoagie cheese fries. On this particular visit though it was worse than usual. I got my order to go with two sides of ranch, apparently they charge more for ranch now. I think the guys in the back forgot to make my food because the worker had to ask for them. it only took an extra minute or so to get them but the fries were really old and there was probably twice the amount of cheese on them that there usually is. The container itself was broken and covered in melted cheese and on the inside and there was literally probably about a cup of cheese and about half the fries at there normally is. It was a greasy unappetizing mess. I will probably not be back to this location, it's a waste of money. read more

These are probably the most unhealthy things on the planet, but between the Hoagie Seasoning and the weird melting cheese, they must come from another solar system and I love them. The Original Hoagie and the Fries are what I always get, so I can't even recommend anything else. Great fix for a sad day, after a great work out or a taste of nostalgia. read more

I just want to say I think the food at this location is 10 times better than the one on Reserve. I feel like you take a gamble and run the risk of getting cold food out there. While we Americans may not have invented the French Fry, we perfected it with our seemingly infinate varieties from type of potaote, seasoning, cut to even the different oils we use. But the truly creative foodies went further than just the potato. Seasoning was not enough. Mixing oils and dashing minced garlic was not enough. We had to combine it with our other favorite food ingredient...cheese. Again, we may not be known for the best cheeses in the world, but we have perfected...mastered... the melting cheese category. So, it was inevitable that someone would put the two together. While Hoagieville may not have invented this combination, I will attest to it being prepared better than any other source in the world. In my travels I have sought out a rival of the Hoagieville Cheese Fries and been left wanting. There is no other that has a good a fry, perfect spices and most incredibly, perfectly melted cheese. These are served in heaven my friend and if you want to give them a try without risking your life, head to Montana. Oh, and for all you philly cheesesteak fans, they have "the rolls" too. I will never eat at this establishment ever again. Missoula Mt. mall location. I asked about an item on the menu and the young man behind that counter basically told me everything was there to read. That took me back a bit and I thought ok maybe I should be able to magically figure something out. We put our order in, sat down and watched Ashton pick spots on his face, comb his hair, chew his fingernails, handle money, serve drinks without ever washing his hands. When I asked the girl behind the counter his name she asked me what I wanted his name for which struck me as odd. The food was over done and the chicken dry and uneatable. We will never go there again. I don't know how they stay open. This Ashton kid looks like the laundry basket he slept in for 3 weeks was too small & dirty for him, he was dirty and his hair needed to be washed also. There was no pride in any of the kids working there if work is what you would call it. I believe they all need to be trained from the ground up for customer service and basic politeness and hand washing, how about wiping down the counters? Sad that it could be a decent fast food place instead of a grease pit the employees crawled out of. The owners need to send in a friend unknown to these employees to see for themselves. Overall I was disappointed with my lunch at this location. I ordered the larger Hoagie with cheese fries and a diet soda. For starters the server gave me my soda and it literally was half full. When I asked her to please fill it up she acted like I was asking her to walk on hot coals! The cheese fries were very good, but were pricey for what I received. The large Hoagie was not tasty to me at all. More bread than anything else plus it had way too much paprika and other seasoning for my liking. The food was good but the service was terrible. There was a younger girl who served us with glasses and black hair that was very rude. The combo order was not clear and instead of talking about it she very clearly got upset and rudely changed the order. I was very upset with this level of service and attitude! Looking for a quick bite to eat, we wandered into Hoagieville. I had an Original Hoagie with the add-ons that were offered while my wife had a Turkey Hoagie. Wow, was mine ever salty! My wife adds salt to practically everything, and she found hers salty, too. I don't know if high levels of salt is normal for their sandwiches, but I'm not sure I'd dare try one again. read more

Hoagieville is unique, which gets it at least one extra star. The place is clean, friendly, and satisfying. All the food is tasty; I favor the cheese steak hoagie. It's not exactly what they serve in Philly, but it's as good a guilty fast food pleasure as there is. The seasoned fries are zesty, the unseasoned are good. Pay a little more than McD's or Wendy's and you get a little more. Yum. read more
