I couldn't make this up. I pull up to the drive thru and order the cheeseburger special that is prominently advertised. The person taking my order began asking me questions about it but I could not understand most of what they said. So I pulled to the window and we discussed the order there face to face. Of course, they got it wrong. So, another person who I assumed was the manager got involved and took our order and had us pull up so they could recook it. Of course, it was wrong too. So, basically I paid Jasper Dairy Queen about $20 to argue with me for about half an hour and still send me home short one cheeseburger. They did give me an order of stress and aggravation that I did not need, so there's that I suppose. I'll never be back and Dairy Queen still owes me a cheeseburger. read more

Pitiful, pathetic, poor excuse for a chicken finger basket. Went for lunch and got the 4 pc chicken finger basket. For $7.79 I got 4 small chicken strips, a sprinkle of fries, and a piece of plain uncooked bread instead of buttered toast. We even had to wait a pretty long time for this fast food stop, at least they got my drink right. NOT coming back to this location. read more

My husband and I went in the drive thru (which was taking way too long for just 2 cars) today. The woman at the window was very unwelcoming. My husbands slushy was melted. I ordered the chocolate lovers Reese blizzard.. it was melty and definitely NOT chocolate. Once we got home, we noticed she charged us twice for my husbands slushy.. so after driving all the way back for a refund on the slush, we decided we will not be back. The food was great, but the environment and the staff were no good! The staff were fairly rude and made several mistakes and felt attacked when we requested that they fix it (asked for coke, got Diet Coke, asked for it to be coke instead...) HOWEVER, the food was real good. Definitely on the better end of DQ's when it comes to ice cream quality! First off when I was in the drive thru the staff was extremely rude when I was trying to order my blizzards. Then when I pulled around I received my ice cream half melted and it was dripping everywhere in my car. Overall experience was terrible! This location is always very slow and unprofessional. I have been to this Dairy Queen several times and every time I go they are less than friendly. The food is usually good but the staff is horrible. This time I went, however, I got the chicken strip basket. My fries were cold and undercooked. They were still pale white and had no color to them whatsoever. My toast was also rock solid. Also, every single time I go, I always get this meal and ask for gravy for the sauce. Every single time I ask they either tell me that they don't have it or they give it to me and it is literally gravy flavored water. It is so runny it doesn't even stay on my chicken. It just drips off. I understand that people are trying their bests due to Covid but cmon people, you can do better. read more

Took me three times to explain what I wanted, and when I did get my blizzard it was wrong. I ordered a sandwich only, and not the meal. When I got the burger she gave me fries and a drink cup. I sat down to eat, and in the 15 minutes I was there. Five people went up to the counter to complain about their order. Won't be going back here again.
