Well went on good reviews. Hamburgers are handmade but on cheap buns, grilled cheese on texas toast, onion rings hand made, Chocolate shake was good made from soft serve machine. Old fashioned walk-up hamburger stand with fried everything, sit serve milkshakes, and Pepsi products. We got 2 burgers, a Philly cheesesteak, fries, onion rings, and 4 shakes. Order took a very long time.only outdoor seating and everything was filthy. I watched 2 people prepare the food. No gloves, no hand washing, no hairnets (one had very long hair). No bathrooms available. Sandwiches OK, shakes nothing special. They did not lack for customers, but we won't be back. read more

Unassuming, country drive-in in a nice setting by the River. Service is okay - was nice chatting with a man in line for recommendations. The hamburgers are homemade burgers and tasty. Onion rings have a nice flavor - could have been a bit more crispy. Somewhat surprised that they don't allow customers to use restrooms- was instructed to go to nearby stores to use their bathrooms while the food cooked. Great food made quickly. The awesome milkshakes come in almost any flavor you desire, from the popular peanut butter to the chocolate-cherry I like. Hamburgers are made fresh and the BBQ is smoked on site. Unfortunately they don't accept credit or debit cards so bring cash and get some delicious food! read more

Fries Good, Burger was good, bacon tasted a bit off. Seatings Outside but it's nice, looked like they had a pretty good menu i'll have to try some other items, not much to say about service, also may be a side note if anybody cares their is a cat that wanders around maybe useful info for somebody with an allergy. This place has the best milkshakes I have ever tasted. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and onion rings and they were both 10/10. It is overlooking the river and has good parking. In terms of COVID, the workers are inside a window and there is almost no contact with the employees. All of them were wearing masks. In terms of sustainability, this restaurant does not offer anything but plastic or Styrofoam to-go boxes and cups. read more

We live over in Mississippi and from time to time on Sundays since i was a child we have went on sunday drives just to this place to get milkshakes and treats, enjoy the scenery and go back home. We have done this over 30 years and it has always been excellent food and service. These old fashion dairy bars are becoming very hard to find and they bring back so many memories. read more

They have one of the best cheeseburgers around and their milkshakes are the best in the area, my personal favorite milkshake from The Frosty Mug is Peanut Butter. The onion rings are pretty good but my favorite side is between the chili cheese fries and the buffalo fries. Their Chili Cheese Footlong Dog and the Steak Sandwich are also great. read more

If you have never been to The Frosty you're missing out. The milkshakes are so creamy and make your mouth water. I take my sister whenever we pass by. This place has plenty of outdoor seating and is a great place to hangout during the summer. I wish they would move closer in to Jasper so that I could stop by more often. read more
