Worst customer service. they don't train the employees well at all. it's all teenagers who really don't care for their jobs. They need to learn to pull the people whose order is taking too long up. the ice cream is good but at this point it's not worth waiting for. Mr. Tommy definitely needs to reevaluate, they loose so much busy bc of how slow they are. sitting here i've seen 5 car just pull off because of the line. This place has went completely downhill the past few years. I ordered ahead on the app. When I got to the store, it was not busy at all. I waited about 15 min before I went to the counter to check on my order and it still wasn't ready. No customers around waiting and they hadn't even started my order. When I did get my order, the onion rings weren't cooked all the way, the Moolatte lacked any whipped cream and wasn't thick at all, the blizzard was a runny mess and they had no ketchup in the ketchup pump or napkins in the dispenser. After a 15 minute wait behind 1 car at drive thru I received the wrong cold burger and a ice cold fries. I went in to change my meal. While waiting I hear another order come in the cook was putting burgers in the microwave every burger being put into a microwave. That is N O T FLAMEBROILED as advertised. On 4 Oct 21, I finally got a chance to stop at DQ in Moultrie to get ice cream I had been looking forward to for quite a while. At the ordering counter, taped to the glass was a large advertisement for $1 off Blizzard if you donated $1 to a charity. When the worker asked for my order, I asked about the ad that had a laminated barcode attached so I could order and donate. She didn't know what I was talking about, and I pointed out the ad and barcode. She asked the manager and they stated they didn't think they were still doing that. So I ordered a shake. Got rung up paid and was not given a receipt but told a number for me to memorize for my order. When the shake came I asked for a receipt and was told that they didn't give receipts. I noted that no one had been getting a receipt. I asked the manager about a receipt. Without answering, she punched on the register, printed a receipt and handed it to me and said "there is your receipt". When I asked why I wasn't given a receipt to begin with she asked "Are you having a bad day? I stated not until I came in and got treated badly. I actually had been in a good mood - I mean, I was getting ice cream! What's not to be happy about? The manager rolled her eyes and I left. Over the lady couple of years DQ has gone down. The service is extremely slow. Expect to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes. Nothing is fast with the establishment. I've had issues on several occasions but yesterday was the last straw for me. I asked to place my order at the drive through and never received a response. After getting to the window 20 minutes later I was told that the previous person was changing shifts and I could now place my order unacceptable. Where are the managers during these times? Most fast food restaurants are worked by young kids but who is doing the hiring? Is it acceptable to keep customers waiting, have a dirty lobby, and have workers with no hair nets and sagging pants. Owners get out and check your establishment and ensure your leadership is vetted to handle the positions. If this was a larger town the business would have it doors closed by competition.. read more
