Dr. Bita and her whole staff have been amazing to deal with as I prepare for the first of my two kids to get braces. They are very friendly and take their time to walk you through everything that is going on (with your child's orthodontics as well as billing and process'). All three of my children go to Dr. Bita and she is amazing. Not to sound like a crazy mom but we were with a different ortho years ago who wanted to aggressively treat my oldest daughter. I decided to seek a second opinion and ended up going for a third with Dr. Bita. She was kind, incredibly smart, knowledgable and patient. We had both of our children get their braces here and while we are happy with the treatments, we are extremely disappointed with their lack of flexibility on scheduling appointments. Limited times that require us to take the kids out of school coupled with last minute "we need to reschedule your appointment" is maddening. We both work and have to plan to take time off to make these appointments and the kids have to take time off school. No Saturday appointments. I can not recommend Dr Bita Orthodontics. read more

What more can we say about Dr. Bita that hasn't already been said?! She's always so welcoming and has a smile for us every time we visit. The whole staff is very professional and friendly. I also really like that once you agree on a plan of treatment, you pay and there are no more additional fees. I never have to pull out my wallet when we come for our regular visits. We have been going to Dr. Bita for three years for both of my sons. They each have now finished treatment (the second one got his braces off today!) and their teeth look great.
