Love this office. Great doctor, and staff. They make it so easy to schedule and get the help I so desperately need. Highly recommend.

Dr. Fuller entered the exam room 15 minutes late and, it soon became apparent, unprepared. I had spent a good deal of time the two days prior to my appointment talking to several of his staff about his stem cell treatments and working with them to transfer the 2 MRI reports and images that I was able to provide (Only high marks for his staff!) He came in having obviously just skimmed the reports and, talking disturbingly fast, proceeded to tell me what they said - which I pretty much knew, having read them myself and discussed them with my PCP. His summary was partially accurate and decidedly incomplete. When I asked if he had looked at the MRI images, he said no, he did not have them. I explained about having arranged to include them, which he brushed off, saying, "Oh we wouldn't upload anything to our computers from a patient; we don't want to get infected with a virus." My reply (being an educated and experienced training consultant) was, "Well that would have been helpful for your staff to know." He then proceeded to discuss my treatment options: ... injections, PT, etc. When I interrupted to point out that I had already done that and was here to discuss stem cells procedures he looked shocked and said that no-one had told him that. At which point I couldn't help but offer that staff procedures and communication training might be helpful for that too. The rest was kind of a blur. Somewhere in there was about a 2 minute physical exam ("good reflexes!") ending with "my 20 minutes with you was interesting. Sounds like you're not too happy with us, so I don't think we have what you're looking for." At which point he stood up and extended his hand in a forced friendly farewell... which I ignored on my way out to my 90 minute return trip to Boulder. Probably my least productive, weirdest, most frustrating medical appointment ever. But after reading the other reviews here, not out of the ordinary for Dr. Fuller's office.

Everybody is so welcoming and supportive, they have answers for me or always get back to me with an answer from Dr Fuller. I have been seeing Dr Fuller for years about chronic back pain as a young adult I was overlooked and laughed at by previous doctors thinking I just wanted prescription drugs. Thank goodness I found Dr Fuller because I have been able to live my life a bit more normal since finding him. He listened he informs and I trust that he is doing the best he can for me. My pain was so severe that I did not know what to do anymore. Finding him has changed my life.

I've been trying conservative treatments for cervical spine pain for a year and finally had to resort to something stronger. Ariel Shaifer, N.P. was my caregiver and she was thorough , informative and went over the cautions of using stronger pain killers. But, she was still accommodating and not condescending or tough. You just have to pass a drug screening prior, a urine test or mouth swab. I was unable to urinate right away but sat in the lobby drinking water until I could. I had nothing to hide. Marijuana use might be a factor in the ability to receive medication, so be forewarned. I was even told to try CBD, but was concerned that since some CBD has a very small amount of THC, I had not used it. I was told that if it showed up upon my next visit, I'd just be asked to discontinue using that product. So, they aren't unreasonable. I had a plethora of conservative treatment information from several doctors and a referral, which apparently is not required, but helpful. I think that's why it went so smoothly. Ariel Shaifer is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff is polite and pleasant as well. I highly recommend them. I had a bad experience at Colorado Pain Specialists where the doctor actually contradicted my doctor's opinion (because he'd never heard of him) and made me cry. Plus, they were in Golden, not so close and easy to get to in Longmont. They followed COVID guidelines and there was no wait... the waiting room was busy, but not packed full. Plus, they ran on time. Seek no further, this is the right place to go!

Unfortunately, after seeking help from numerous doctors and exploring various avenues for pain management, this was my final attempt at finding relief. Dr. Jan Gillespie-Wagner and Darci Rossitier were Dismissive and Uncaring. During my appointment, the doctors I encountered displayed a hostile and aggressive demeanor. They failed to consider the impact of my chronic pain on my daily life. Furthermore, they seemed quick to dismiss my concerns and stereotype me as a patient, rather than listening to my specific experiences. They were apathetic towards atypical pain. The most concerning aspect was their lack of understanding or apparent disregard for my non-typical pain condition. Instead of offering help, they were dismissive and pushed me away as a patient. A Broken System: It's disheartening to realize how many people suffer at the hands of these medical professionals who are supposed to help. This experience is just one more example of how the current system fails patients with non-standard conditions. DO NOT GO HERE. They will stereotype you from the start and then don't listen to your situation.

I…read moresubmitted for approval to be seen at Alpria, and it took over 4 months for the clinic to get back with me to schedule an appointment. Upon scheduling the appointment, I was called back the same afternoon, informing me that my appointment needed to be moved because of snow that is forecasted. I was told that my appointment would be moved to the next available slot, some 3 hours later. Nevermind that once someone gives me a scheduled appointment time, a couple of things need to happen. 1. I have to schedule the time off of work, because like the vast majority of Americans, I have to work in order to survive. 2. I then move other appointments around so that I can accomodate this new appointment. When an appointment is rescheduled, I then have to go back and redo things all over again, and feel like an idiot having to change the time that I schedule off of work. All of this is bad enough, but when the very next day I am contacted to reschedule my appointment again, I have to draw the line. If patients cannot be accomodated, and expect to be seen when they are told they will be, then something needs to change. The receptionists hung up on me twice, and were giggling in the background while I was explaining my frustrations with them. Today, I am a feeling astonished. I have always spoke highly of this clinic, and today I was given a clear picture of what unprofessionalism looks like. As I mentioned before, I have never recieved anything less than stellar service from this location before. It appears that they have some new staff members, and it is a shame to see this clinic become what it has.
