After receiving a repair quote, I decided not to proceed and take my computer elsewhere. When I went to pick it up, I was told I had to pay a diagnostic fee in order to get my device back. My father was present during the interaction. The business also advertises "free estimates" on its website and does not clearly disclose diagnostic pricing. I would recommend that customers confirm all fees in writing before leaving their device.
