BA assured me they took my insurance, scheduled a mandatory intake, and then assigned me a therapist, and we began sessions. Only later did they say my insurance didn't cover their services, but that I could pay out of pocket. When I said I couldn't afford that, they said I still had to pay for the intake and the other session becuase I "had received services." Meanwhile, I checked with my insurance company, which said neither BA nor Headway had ever inquired about coverage for me, and that their actions "seemed suspicious." Only after I informed BA I would file a complaint did they agree not to charge me. Wasted my time and trust. Shameful.

She has been published and mentioned several times in Psychiatry and Psycology Today. She is available in person ( my first session ) and conveniently on zoom through video ( follow- up sessions ) . She is empathetic towards her patients , very professional, extremely educated, trustworthy, confidential and readily available for psychiatric medication management. It took me quite some time to find her. I'm very pleased with her services and admire her as my practitioner and provider. I went through quite a large amount of providers through zocdoc until I selected care with Ms. Natalya Meyerson. I'm very fortunate and grateful. She only offers very late, after 9pm, appointments if you are not a private client. This is unethical.
