My damage wasn't severe, primarily the taillight and the paint, but they did appraise it around $1k I've previously used another body shop and have always been happy with their work, but I decided to give Kansas Coachworks a try. Their customers seem to like them, they have been in business for many years, and a woman owns the business; it is so rare to find a female entrepreneur in this field of work. So I decided to give the business a shot. I'll first start by saying that my vehicle requires special paint. It is a red multi-layered metallic paint. It takes talent to get their type of paint work right. Even the Nationwide rep warned me that it might not look like a perfect match due to the color. But they did an excellent job. It blends in perfectly with the previous paint and you wouldn't even know it had been repaired unless a Carfax report was pulled. The staff is also friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. A huge plus to the experience was Enterprise bringing the vehicle to Kansas Coachworks, so it was ready to drive away when I dropped my car off. I was also able to drop the rental off with Kansas Coachworks rather than taking it to Enterprise. The only reason they are getting four stars is because it took a month to get my vehicle in for body work. Maybe it was due to all the storms we've had this summer or maybe it is because they are so popular. The other body shop could have gotten me in much faster, but I decided to ride it out because the damage wasn't horribly noticeable. If the damage was worse, I most likely would have taken it to the other body shop because I could have made an appointment within a week. So I would suggest to the business to expand their facility if they do not want to lose customers.

I drive 50 thousand miles a year and want good brakes. I told Larry that I wanted Manufacture parts on my brakes and when I picked it up the brakes squeaked and I called and Larry said that I said I didn't want manufacture parts because it would be more expensive. told him that I would never say that because the brakes squeak. Jacob and the staff at Wayne Croy are great! Friendly and efficient. Honest and reliable. I visited for an auto inspection. Earlier in the week, I called to get a walk in and learned they process auto inspections at the start of their day. I arrived and had the inspection completed in about 30 minutes. This hometown business offers a humble waiting area with restrooms, magazines and a soda vending machine. I have had more problems with the car than before the motor went out. I'm not sure what they did but I know it wasn't quality work, it runs out of oil so fast now after an oil change and just sounds horrific ever since. I even called them and told them it was acting funny, so I figured they would look into it since I had a so called warranty on the work. Not to mention I'm missing bolts that I know were there before and even told them that. Took my car back up there before warranty ran out and all they did was an oil change instead of trying to fix the problem, and still missing bolts like they didn't even listen to me when I told them. Still having massive problems with rebuilt motor but I'm just supposed to deal with it I guess. I know it was just a rebuild but I feel like I should have gotten better service for$3600. What a waste of money, will never go back here again. Just when you think you can trust someone they make your car worse than it was originally and not trying to make it right at all.
