By far the worst experience I have ever had going to the dentist. I left basically wanting to cry because how terrible and scary the dentist herself was. She clearly didn't care about any of my concerns and basically just treated me like cattle. Did not explain any of the "cleaning" process she did and was so rough my gums are shredded from this. They also don't give you sunglasses for the bright ass light they use so you're forced to close your eyes, something that makes me extremely uncomfortable. Water was spraying all over my face and running down my mouth which she clearly didn't care about. Also couldn't understand anything she said and if could rate zero stars I would have! Only nice thing is the ladies in the front are really nice! You two ladies should find a nicer place to work because you're obviously to good for them! read more

Receptionist was nice. That's about it. I paid $25 for the dentist to tell me to go see another dentist. I told her my dentist was in Boston and I wanted to see someone locally in the mean time to make sure everything was healing correctly. "I don't know what to tell you." Although the services are affordable and serve the surrounding community, the doctor was not professional at all. She was actually pretty condescending. I wouldn't return. And honestly, if you can, invest money in a dentist that will at least make an effort to properly evaluate your mouth. read more

Do not go here, they can pull a tooth but that's as far as it goes. They cannot do dntal partials, and they can't fix them. I went back at least 10 times if not more, to get them fixed. They could never fix them properly, and the dentist blamed me, telling me I was doing something wrong. I took them out to eat and they hurt, so I took them to another professional and they fixed them easily. I tried to get Dr. Dental to take $93 off my bill for services they did not complete but they would not. I went here because it was cheap, but you get what you pay for. My first experience left me in tears and not because of my tooth extraction. My dentist berated me and complained the whole time and I left the office feeling judged and humiliated. He literally left me completely embarrassed and without hope. A year later, my new dentist was sympathetic, patient and gentle. She answered any question I had throughly, and was extremely gentle with all procedures. I no longer feel ashamed and without hope. I didnt have Great Experience with Dr Dental when I first went in for a appointment i felt I was being Rushed they rushed thru and checked my teeth I told them I have a crack and painful tooth and afterwards they try to encourage me to get a root canal it was in ridiculous amount I feel theyre only for the money not really take care of the Patient I came back for my 2nd appointment for a extraction I felt that they did not Numb it Pretty good when they were doing the Extraction it was Painful as they were pulling my tooth off the dentist did not really care if I was in pain I told them to Numb it more they didnt then when it was Done I noticed that they left the wound open they did not close it and stitch it up just good Enough and other day I went for a cleaning and I felt they did not Do a good job just Rushing it thru quickly they should take their time to check my whole teeth and clean it good they just rushing my appointment thru I was not happy So I decided to find another Dental place and I did I am more happier there I feel theyre just for the Money not taking good care of their Patients which its a Shame read more

I rate this place with 0 stars. Not worthy of even one (had to put one star since it doesn't move forward without selecting). Reason is that they change your appointments and then blame you without letting you know. The reason people make appointments is to work around their schedule. What broke the camel's back was that we had an appointment, and previous us, someone had cancelled. They called us to try and get us to come in a few hours earlier. We are working parents so we were unable to be reached at work. When we arrived, they took someone else in front of us, and after waiting they told us that they cancelled us. Mind you, they usually send a text a day or two before your actual appointment and we confirmed that we would be there at the schededed date and time. You want to be treated like a person and respected, this is a low class facility and going there will get you just that!!! By the way the BBB was just notified, nice 6 page letter on my behalf. I went in for a temporary cleaning and oral examination while my family/home is relocating and it was long over due especially with a chip in one of my teeth! I was utterly disappointed when the doctor rushed through and performed a haphazard cleaning and barely spoke to me about my dental health or history. My face was sprayed with water the whole time of cleaning and she left the duties of wiping up the water/oral liquid debris up to me which was difficult with her working on my mouth. She ignored my sensitivity and complaints of pain and persisted through the cleaning to rush next door to complete another cleaning and across the hall for a third cleaning. I was polished off by a polite, yet equally uninformative dental hygienist/assistant. I had the pleasure of listening to the woman across the hall spend her cleaning vivaciously gagging the whole time. The dentist also ran between both of our rooms looking at my xrays while she waited for the other patient to calm down from gagging. I was informed I needed fillings and then herded out the door randomly and told the front desk would take care of it. I was asked for when I would like to return and politely insisted I needed to rethink my schedule and rethink my choice of dentist. I will not return for follow up procedures foremost for the quality of care and overall experience was extraordinarily unpleasant. I did not owe any co pays or costs, my insurance did cover the cleaning and "examination" luckily otherwise I really wouldn't have paid for that poor service. Horrible. Completely unprofessional. I have left work now three times to make my appointments on time (that they constantly call and text to confirm) only to be called when I am on my way to cancel them. They tell me there is always emergency surgery yet I have been unable to eat needing a root canal for over a month now. Done with this dentist. Unreliable. No point in making appointments. read more

For me this place is great because they send me reminders via text, email and calls. I like that you can easily reschedule your appointments and they are not going to give you a hard time about it. The dentist is to the point, and gets her jobs done. She is personable, but not going to baby you. They are hard working people, and dedicated to helping those who want to have their teeth in tip top condition. The best part is they are not going to charge an arm and a leg. read more

I had interviewed at Dr Dental a bit back, and I had to go through THREE working interviews...in which I had not done anything to show my skills as a dental assistant. Each working interview I just stood around & did instrument processing which isn't rocket science. I didn't get to work with any of the dentists to see if it was a good fit for me. I then was not compensated for my time even though I was told I would be & was told i would be getting paid a certain amount an hr which they then changed their mind after these interviews. They were unprofessional as I would call to ask questions & leave messages, and would receive no calls back. When you sign paperwork, you have to waive your lunches or else you have to come in a HALF AN HOUR early before your shift for your "unpaid lunch break". I had been getting bad vibes from them the whole interview process. After all my paperwork was signed no one could even tell me my hours I would be, they just said they would call me. I waited a week for a call but didn't receive one, so i had to again call them & i finally got an answer but they wanted me to come in on the drop of a dime with no notice for the next day. Which would have been fine however, i wouldn't have worked a full day because they wanted me to "train more" which i basically had done during those three working interviews that were a waste of my time. The office setup isn't cleanly...it looks like no on cleans or takes care of the office. You're given attitude when you have any concerns that you want to bring up. They don't care if you need to give more than two weeks notice at another job, there is no understanding with them. They double book drs, and bring in patients sometimes an hour after their scheduled time which creates a hostile environment. They expect you to work 5 days a week and the 6 days a week every other week with no day off during the week...which would equal more than 40 hrs a week. I gave them two months advanced notice about a vacation i had planned, which i was told would be no problem...until i had signed all of my paperwork & brought up the vacation again to be told i had to find my own coverage which makes no sense to me since there are multiple offices & i don't know anyone there. It felt like pulling teeth to get any answers from management which was frustrating & way more stressful than it needed to be. In the end I decided to terminate my position at this office before I even started. I don't want to work in an atmosphere where you can't reach your manager for the simplest of things, where the every day stressors are just over the top, and where shady things seem to be done to their employees. read more

I have been visiting this dentist office for the past 3 years. I have always had 5 stars service extended to me. The front staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional. The environment is always clean and well kept. My dentist and her assistant took very caring care of me. I have been examined, consulted with, and never felt like I was being left out of any action being taken in my mouth. Waiting time for service has not been more than 4 minutes. The receptionists were nice but the dentist did a horrible job on my teeth. I had a root canal done over a year ago with a cap put on. My gum still hurts and it still feels infected and the cap he made was horrible. Its very wide and doesnt even reach my gums. I dont know what to do at this point because its my front tooth and my insurance no longer covers root canals and caps for myself. Wish I never went to dr. dental.. read more

I went to another dentist before (aspen dental) and they were the worst refused to give me a cleaning. I came here though it took a while to be seen I was able to get x-rays and a cleaning my teeth were fine just as always and they were very nice there. will be returning. read more
