Western Mass Endo was accomodating with the payment modalities and they gave me a treatment slot on the very same day I called. The treatment itself too an estimated 40 minutes - an absolute breeze. I had dental cleanings that were a lot more uncomfortable. Dr. Odierno and his team (Heather and Kylie) are on top of their game, and they also seem to be genuinely nice people. (Also he is rude and always rushed, and you can barely understand him). End up with another missing tooth, two more shaved down for a THREE PIECE BRIDGE. I told them I grind my teeth, I asked for metal, I asked if I could still get braces with a bridge like that. Later I tell him it feels loose. He says it doesn't feel loose to him like?? Is it in YOUR mouth? Here I am ONE year later, the bridge has fallen out. Terrible terrible experience, and I will be leaving another review if they try to run my pockets to fix it.
