I contacted Dio in the morning and he got back to me quickly, letting me know that he can swing by same day. On the day of the installation, he showed up promptly with an armada of trucks and 3 crews to work simultaneously, a group worked in the attic to install new ducting, a second group worked in the garage to install the furnace and the third group took care of the condenser outside. Dio made sure the 3 crews worked in perfect synchronization to complete the installation to perfection. They started at 8:00am and completed the job around 8:00pm. THE LEGEND!! Dr Dio actually came out last summer when our AC started blowing warm air. He diagnosed the issue quickly, told us the unit had a leak and was on its last legs, but instead of pushing us into a new system or scare tactics, he simply recharged the refrigerant, got it cooling again, and said, "Give me a call if you have any issues down the road." No pressure, no upsell,, just honest work. Fast forward to the end of last week.. we had issues again. I assumed he was probably swamped, so against my better judgment, I called a different HVAC company. Big mistake. They wanted to charge me over $20k for a new unit, all new ductwork, abatement, and claimed I had asbestos, mold, failing ductwork, and the works. I clocked that BS pretty fast and THANKFULLY I WENT BACK TO DR DIO!!! He came out, reinspected everything, and confirmed the truth: my 15-year-old unit needed replacing, yes,, but my ductwork was totally fine and tidy, and there was no mold or asbestos. Finally some HONESTY AND INTEGRITY! Communication was next level and he was only a text or a phone call away. We talked about my budget, and he was so helpful, and worked within my budget to give me a fair price. The guy is a freaking rockstar! It was time to replace the HVAC system on another property of mine and off the bat I already knew who to call. I didn't hesitate to reach out to Dio. When I texted him, he was really quick to respond and I eventually called him to speak more into detail and he immediately told me that there was a special rebate for replacing old HVAC system and lucky for me I was able to fall into that category. When Dio came in person to give me a quote after looking my property, I was pretty shocked at the affordable quote he gave me. I went through an entire HVAC system replacement previously a few years ago with Dio and the price difference was incredibly low based off the current inflation rates and the more powerful and higher SEER rated system. I was also doing an AC Add-on since the property only came with a furnace. I originally thought the price would be astronomically high since there would need to be plumbing work for connecting the Freon copper lines, electrical and the plumbing for the condensation. When Dio came to meet me, as always he is a stand up guy with great manners, he wore shoe covers walking into the house, and he was very friendly and wasn't pushy in making a sale. He gave me multiple options and recommendations based off my budget and what I wanted to achieve. When it came time to do the install, it came out perfect. Professionally done for everything and he set up plastic covers to seal certain areas and covered the furniture. He put down cloth covers to protect the floor.
