I've had roaches twice now. In comparison to the exterminator we had to use before, Titan easily provides the best level of service. Their communication stands out. They are easy to get ahold of, which was especially handy on the day of our appointments and understanding/expecting when they would arrive. I was a bit skeptical at first seeing all the 5-star reviews on their Yelp profile, but they truly exceeded our expectations. We bought a package deal with them in 2022 and we haven't seen a roach since. Their service brought us peace of mind in our home. Can't recommend these guys enough. read more

I tried to call the number on Titan's website (that still looks like they exist) but it is busy every time. 2 mins later I get a call from Insulation Labs instead saying they were returning a missed call and sending me text messages. So I think Titan was bought by Insulation Labs but they are just redirecting the calls instead of shutting down the Titan brand because they want to double their chance at getting work. This feels like borderline fraud to me, so I won't be using either company. To be fair, I have no knowledge of the quality of their work. It's unfortunate they chose to do that. read more

He's very professional and when he called to come in like clockwork he's in my crib on a timely manner . He did a very comprehensive check on all the baits in every room . attic and the outside areas like the Garage and crawl space. He replaces those that were put in strategic places to catch any hold out rodents still running around tho they're much reduced than before . I've had a rodent problem in my house for about a month with the critters making constant noise at night. My wife and I have had a difficult time sleeping. We sprinkled rodent poison and repellant around the house to eradicate the problem, but that didn't work. And that's when I decided to call Titan Rodent Control. I made an appointment for Daniel to come and inspect the property. Daniel came over the very next day after I contacted Titan, and he fully inspected the whole property. Daniel saw where the critters were making entry (holes on the side of the roof) and suggested to lay traps and increase the repellant. Ultimately, these suggestions worked --we haven't heard a thing two nights in a row! Thanks to Titan, we are now able to sleep at night. My wife and I heard a scratching we thought was a rat in our attic the other night. We'd had a possum up there years ago, and had it trapped and the attic sealed, but as we had a new roof installed recently we thought perhaps they'd opened up one of the entry points while doing their work. Titan's inspector came out, did an inspection, and 'confirmed' all our worst fears. According to the guy from Titan, our roofer had really messed up, several of the entry points we re-opened, we had rats living up there again. And everything would have to be re-sealed. A big job. They quoted me $1200 to reseal everything again, (that was after subtracting a $360 'discount!') and trap and come back several times to get rid of all the rats. But fortunately I got an estimate from another company (Plateau Pest Solutions) for $350 to trap and exclude. So I had them come by to take a look. The Plateau Pest inspector found NO entry points. And they showed me that ALL the possible places that the Titan inspector had CLAIMED were entry points were, in fact, still well sealed from the previous work we had done. Either screened or foam sealed. There were NO apparent holes into the attic and NO SIGN OF A CURRENT RAT INFESTATION. They complimented us on the quality job our roofer had done, and assured us that they hadn't broken any of the seals. In fact, the Plateau Inspector doesn't believe that there are any rodents currently living in our attic at all! And that what we heard was probably a rodent scratching shingles ON TOP of our roof, NOT inside it. Just to be certain, the Plateau Pest Control inspector sprinkled some powder and set a couple traps inside the attic, to make sure there is nothing up there. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection or these initial traps, as he believes our attic is already well sealed. And said he wouldn't charge us for work we didn't need. Obviously the Titan estimate for $1200 was ridiculous, and either they are really bad at their job, or it was a blatant attempt to cheat me. Fortunately, I'm not that stupid. Hope you aren't either. I waited until after my last appointment to write this review. I live in a neighborhood with a lot of fruit trees, so I've had an ongoing problem with rodents in my attic. I have a usual company that I've used off and for the past few years. About a month ago, I again heard noises in my attic. When I called my usual company, they couldn't send someone over for another week. I did some research and called Titan. Titan was able to send someone over the next day. Joel was punctual, professional, informative and respectful. The evaluation was free, and he gave me an estimate. I have to admit the estimate was higher than my usual company by quite a bit. However, I really wanted to address the issue as quickly as possible. Also, they were able to lower the overall cost for me, which was very nice of them. They were able to Joel back out in couple days. Unfortunately, they were running behind schedule that day. When Daniel called and told me Joel was late, he informed me that he would also come out to get us back on schedule. Joel and Daniel were extremely thorough, yet efficient. They explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions, looked into every issue I pointed out, and basically showed they wanted to take care of the problem. As an example, the old company identified that the crawl space under my house was one of the entry points. However, they never replaced the cover, they just re-secured it. Joel immediately identified the issue and was able to get a new cover over and replaced it. So, after the evaluation, the appointment and the 3 follow up appointments, I can honestly say I was very happy with the experience. Everyone from Joel and Daniel, to every single person I spoke to on the phone were courteous, professional and very accommodating to my schedule (and most importantly to my dogs who were recovering from leg surgery). I will definitely call Titan again should I ever have another issue. read more

My family and I hired titan to resolve our mice infestation issue, vacuum the attic's old insulation which was infested with mice feces, clean and sanitize and deodorize the attic and install new insulation. We are very pleased with Titan as a company and their knowledge about rodent/mice infestations. They were professional and kind. However, we were very displeased with the insulation company that they contracted. They were rude, unprofessional and did not do a proper job. They even put the health of my family, my dogs and myself at risk by doing an improper job. I was not able to be home for the insulation installation, but my sister was. When I came home from my 12 hour shift, I noticed that the old insulation was all over my bed, and my dressers (please see pictures for details). This is upsetting as we were told by multiple exterminator companies (including Titian), that the old insulation was extremely hazardous to our health with or without the mice feces. My family also noticed they installed the wrong type of insulation. We also noticed that the new insulation was in the hallway near the intake vent and inside AC unit closet. This also seems dangerous to my family's health, my dogs health and my health. Upon bringing these issues up to Daniel (the manager), he stated that it is normal to have some insulation that is left behind and that it is unavoidable. I find this difficult to believe, as I have had asbestos removed from a rental unit I had lived at in the past (which is a similar removal process such as setting up protective plastic barriers) and did not experience asbestos left in my room. Luckily, he did not charge us for the insulation installation and apologized. Overall I'm extremely disappointed with the insulation company that Titan contracted, as they put my family's health, my dogs' health and my health at risk. At this point, I'm sure they did the job completely wrong and I am going to need to have the job redone by another company. It is aggravating that I need to waste my time to fix a job that should have been done right the first time. read more

This is the second time I hire Titan Insulation to replace my attic insulation. The first time was after we moved in, they've done an outstanding work cleaning the attic from ALL of the old insulators and reinstalling new Knauf batt insulation. The second time was due to a fire at a neighboring house that left our attic smelling like a bone fire and laced with dark ash. Once again, Titan's crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. I hope to never need to replace my insulation again. But if I do, I'll go with Titan. read more

Definitely 5 stars++! Contacted them after seeing the excellent reviews and I totally see why they get so many 5*s. Very responsive to my messages over the weekend (through the Yelp app) and Daniel came out first thing Monday morning to inspect my attic. He crawled all over the place, including pretty snug corners, and then was really thorough and helped me understand where the issues may be, and since we caught the problem fairly early he did offer various options which he thought might work just fine in my case (e.g. quarterly as opposed to monthly maintenance). He also took a good tour around my house to find potential entry points and fixed a couple there&then no problem (btw: first visit is free..). After the prices I saw on reviews of other places, I was very very happy with their pretty low fee!! :-) Also, throughout the whole visit Daniel was very professional, friendly, and - given these are COVID19 times - very careful (e.g. had a mask and gloves and was very attentive to not touch what he didn't need to). I'm definitely putting my money where my mouth is and signed them up. 100% recommend. read more

Eran and Daniel are great! I leased a new home and before moving in, I called Titan, met Eran, and he had Daniel at the house next day. It was a wonderful feeling to move into a place knowing that they took care of whatever *may* have been living. when Daniel was here he mentioned that there may be something in the attic and to keep a ear out. I couldn't tell who was happier, me that Daniel was there taking care of things or Daniel cause he was joking and laughing with me while handling business. The guys great. Cut to a week later, we're all moved in, us and the gophers who have now decided to take over the back yard. When we saw the first mound, we thought it was the dog, but then the second hole came while dex was inside. Without hesitation, I called Titan, told Eran the problem, and Daniel was here the next morning. Gloves, mask, and shoe coverings. He went thru the entire yard and house top to bottom showing where the gophers hit and where the mice have now ended up in the Attic. These guys are the best. My wife and I had been hearing some rustling in the attic so it was time to find a pest control company. After reading the stellar reviews on Titan I decided to go with them for the first time. Titan did a house inspection, rodent exclusion and trapping, and replaced my old attic insulation with R38 new insulation. I've used other rodent control companies before but none can match the thoroughness, professionalism, and effective work of Titan. Plus the people were friendly. Ray Castillo came to our house about a month ago for the initial inspection. He was very informative and friendly. Very easy to work with. He took photos of areas of the house where rodents were getting in - areas that other companies had missed years ago. Ray showed me the photos and explained how the technician would repair the holes and build a new crawl space screen that contained a dryer air vent to replace the dilapidated old one. He looked up in the attic and made some more suggestions. He pointed out that our attic insulation was the blown in kind, probably from 1941 when the house was built. He said they could vacuum out all the old ineffective insulation and debris, disinfect the space and install new R38 insulation which would also make a big difference in air conditioning costs. That made total sense to me so I agreed. Ray was a pleasure to work with. Miguel came out and did an excellent job in rodent-proofing the house. He patched all the openings and did a beautiful job on the new crawl space screen. Alex came out once a week for the next 3 weeks to check the traps, remove rodents and check for any new holes. Very punctual and friendly. After the house was totally rat proofed, Hugo and his team came out and removed the old attic insulation, patched up any small holes from the inside, disinfected the space then installed new attic insulation. Talk about hard workers! This team of 5 did the job in one day! In the heat! Hugo and the guys were friendly and simply amazing workers. Already I can feel the difference inside the house. It was 98 degrees today and the air conditioner didn't turn on until 3pm! Wonderful! Titan is simply one of the best service companies I've ever used. Good office communication. On time. As a first time home buyer (and as someone who keeps a clean living space), I'll admit that I was embarrassed to have an infestation at my house. I had a few companies come out but I ultimately went with Titan Rodent Control. I'm sure all companies would have done a satisfactory job but I felt comfortable with Titan. All of my questions were answered respectfully, they walked the property with me and pointed out different things to be aware of. It was very educational and almost fun to learn more about my home and how to keep it healthy. To sum it up, Titan solved the problem in a few short visits and I am so grateful them. He first came out in December 2019 to seal entry points around the house and attic where rats had been invading (and made themselves quite at home). Called again in late March 2021 after noticing the screen barrier to crawl space beneath the house had been disturbed and he reset some traps - just in case. I've been absolutely pleased with the work from Titan, from when I first called and asked for help same day (rodents in the attic - yuck!), to the outstanding, professional job provided by Juan. He was incredibly polite when I declined the use of any kind of traps even though I understand trapping is part of their method and procedure. We were able to block the rodents off by completely sealing the nooks and cracks outside of the house. He inspected the house thoroughly and charged $50 to fix each whole. About a month later I found mouse droppings in an outside closet and Juan came back to review the work for absolutely free. Since I've been at home more due to the lockdown I have been noticing bugs that I never noticed before. Maybe it's also the extra food in the pantry. However I have Titan a call and they were friendly explaining everything and offered to come out and inspect my house. I hired this company because I found a dead rat in my backyard and the first thing that came into my mind and it's like I think I have rat problems even though I never seen one. They came to give me a quote along with three other companies and they had the best price and they had good reviews. I am happy I hired them because they did a good job and they come three times after they finish their job to check on the traps and so far this Wednesday is going to be the second time they come in so far there's no rats caught in the traps. So I'm assuming I don't have a rat problem maybe the rat that was in my backyard was left by a cat that usually comes into my backyard and he got it from another house. But either way I'm happy I paid a very decent price to cover all the holes that were in my roof and around my house so I won't have no future problems in the attic.
