I came here to fix my iPhone 6s screen after dropping it face down at my place of work. I didn't go to apple because about a year ago I had dropped my phone into a toilet, and even though everything has been working perfectly fine, I knew apple would refuse to change the screen out for me. When you walk up, there is someone there who greets you. Immediately you get a quote. It was 140$ to fix my iPhone screen. IMPORTANT: the Yelp deal only applies to iPhone 6 not the 6s. When they finished with my phone, I came to pick it up and told me to make sure everything works fine. Everything worked great, except the front camera wasn't working anymore but it was when I took my phone in. I told them, and they reopened my phone, did something with it, and showed me that the camera indeed worked again. Honestly, even though it's a little more expensive here than other places, paying the 140 for a screen replacement this good was not a loss at all. They were super polite and social, I had a problem and they fixed it promptly, and they tell you straight up what it costs- so no hidden fees or anything. These dudes literally messed up my 3D Touch in my iPhone XS when they replaced my screen the first time. When I brought it back to get replaced, this guy tried to replace the $160 screen (very bright and vibrant color range) I paid for the day before with the cheap $85 screen (white tint, colors don't pop) like I wasn't going to notice the color difference!!!!!! Then When I called him out he lied TO MY FACE and said it was the same screen. I called bs. So after demanding the screen I paid for, they replace the screen AGAIN. He then pointed out that I had also damaged the sensor that darkens the phone when you hold it up to your face for a call, and offered to come back and fix it free of charge today. Which he did. Brought my daughter's iPhone SE to be repaired, I was told it would be $60 and 20 minutes. I returned about a half hour later and the phone was repaired just fine from what I could see. The associate asked me if I would like a protective sheet, I replied, "Yes, I was about to ask if you sold them." The associate applied the protective sheet and then rang me up. My total was $93.33, when I asked why I was being charged $30 more, he said that screen protector was $25. I understand that people need to earn a living and a business needs to make money, but this level of price gouging is unacceptable. I have purchased the same sheet this associate used for less than $5 on Amazon. The markup on this item was absolutely insane, and the associate didn't apologize or explain, just carried on speaking about a warranty. I was pleased with the service and was going to purchase a cute phone case I saw on the display, but seriously gouging customers of their hard earned money turned me right off. I brought in my iPad Mini to fix my iPad screen. I was told they had to order the part and to pick it up the next day at 5pm. I got there at 7pm and they said the part was delayed. They told me they would call me in the next day but i never heard from them. I went two days later and picked up my iPad. When I got home I realized my home button was sticking and was not functional. I brought back my iPad and they said they had to order the part and it would be free of charge. They told me to come back in 2-3 days and they would call me once the part arrived. I never received a call so went in a week and a half later to check on the status. Come to find out, the part was not there (not surprised) and they told me to come again in 2 days. Which I am sure they forgot to order it in the 1st place. And then they proceeded to tell me I had to put down a deposit for them to order the part. Why would they ask for a deposit when it was their fault to begin with? Within 3 weeks of getting my iPad screen fixed it broke again with the same screen discoloration. I brought it back to them and once again they asked for $140 to fix it and they do not have a warranty. I needed to give that phone to a girlfriend but it needed a battery replacement and the camera was not working. Isabel, the tech, immediately got to work and within less that 20 minutes the battery and camera were replace and the phone was working just like new. What I appreciate was the fact that I could watch the repair take place. She did a thorough testing of the phone before handing it back to me. Apple Store would have charged me hundreds of dollars to fix my phone and they would have probably had to mail it in for repairs since the phone is an older model. My iPhone 6 screen shattered, and I was not happy. It was literally painful to look at my screen. I found this place on yelp, and I only had 30 minutes to get it fixed before my dinner plans. Liza was at the counter, and she told me upfront it would take 20 minutes and $99. I was like "thank you!" and walked around the mall for a little bit. Truth be told, I didn't know what to do with myself without my phone. I was counting down the minutes until I could get my hands on my phone again, lol. When I went back, Liza was finishing up, and the phone was as good as new. Thank goodness! The only mistake I made was buying the tempered glass screen saver. It's been a couple of weeks, and the screen saver was lifting off my phone, and I don't like looking at a screen that isn't 100% clear, so I've taken it off. Came here on January 11th,2021 n got two cases n two screen protectors. The woman who helped seemed desperate for my business so i gave to her in hopes id never have to come back to the business again. When you walk up to the business they have a screen looping a video of an iPhone taking a hammer to it, nails, and other industrial hardware to indicate the durability of the screen protectors that this place was selling. Two nights ago at work (January 26th) i pulled my phone out my pocket and it hit the down face up and the screen cracked.
