The only thing I'd improve was that he asked me how soon I could be there because his tech was coming in for just a short time that afternoon and I told him 15-20 min which he said great that's when his technician should arrive too. I rushed to get there so as not to miss the technician, but when I arrived at the time I said I would the tech wasn't there, so I ended up leaving to run an errand nearby. When I returned, tech still wasn't there, so I sat and waited. He showed up probably an hour after the time Arsh had informed me he was expecting him, so there was time wasted for me that could have been avoided if he had more reliable communication with the tech and told me to come in later. The tech worked on my phone while he and Arsh chatted, not sure if he would've been quicker / more focused without the chatting ... or if he was working on other stuff before getting to my phone even though I was the only person waiting in the store... but after 20-30 minutes (mind you this is on top of the time I waited before he arrived) I was informed he was unable to complete the service on the spot because the battery needed to be drained first. So after 1+ hours I found out I needed to leave my device with the tech and pick it up in a few days' time. All's well that ends well because the tech succeeded in bypassing the FRP and removing the Google account I was locked out of. Arsh followed up in a few days to let me know I could pick up the device. I'd use them again as long as their prices remain competitive.

I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived instead of being treated properly the guy wanted to argue with me and try to explain to me that my appointment isn't showing up in his system while I'm showing him my confirmation messages. I understand technical difficulties but the guy was just being a weirdo. He snatched my phone out of my hand and then took it to the back multiple times. Eventually it popped up. If the guy could pick up on any social cues it could've went so much smoother. On the receipt is a pickup date, so I return 2 days after it. The laptop still isn't ready. It shouldn't take 7+ days to tune up a PC...The same guy from before helped me and he just blankly told me that they're still working on and it's not ready. They didn't even do a whole lot to the laptop I have no clue why it took them over 7 days to return it. It didn't even look like they wiped it down after using it nor did they remove their barcode sticker. Just terrible service I realized that after 1 positive experience, I got lucky and this place sucks. If you're looking for good customer service. If you enjoy helped at their convenience and lowkey screwed over this place is for you (ex. They will offer you a non-oem quality screen replacement for your iPhone.). Pretty sure they incentivize positive reviews as well so take the other ones with a grain of salt.

DO NOT BE FOOLED!! This place is the worst of the worst. The owner will honestly rip u off while smiling at you. I went in today to get my cell phone fixed and had no choice but to pay this guy what he asked for because I was in a rush. He took advantage of me and used cheap parts made in China since when I got home the screen cracked again and I'm just going to go the Apple Store now since I'm done dealing with this guy. Also the bottom screws that hold the screen together are now missing, so I'm not sure why anyone would trust this place! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! I would like everyone on Yelp to know that this is my second review on this store. My first review was removed by Yelp due to inappropriate content. The owners name is Tom, he actually messaged be after my last review and cursed me out. This was the best phone experience EVER!!! I had destroyed my iphone5 screen. It was a complete mess. I had bought a replacement screen for $92 and was set to do it myself. Turns out the replacement screen was junk and didn't have a camera or home button. I chose to instead go to this shop. Best Place Ever. The guy working there was amazing. So helpful, and worked fast. He had my screen done in 15-20 min. I just walked to an ATM, and when I was back he was done. I paid $8 more than I would have with the crappy replacement screen. Phone looks tight, works with no problems. Totally worth the time and money. I'd recommend this place to anyone. read more

I brought my Iphone 6 in because of a cracked screen. I was quoted $100 to replace it with original parts and was promised that a cheap aftermarket screen would not be used. When I picked up my phone I was told I had to pay a higher price. Being that I was in a hurry, I obliged and paid more. I later found out that the screen used was not OEM. It started to come apart from the case within a few days and crack at the ends. When I went to the Apple store and asked a service tech, they told me it was not OEM and that due to this, my phone's warranty was now void. Avoid this place. They are not honest. read more

I got my daughters iPhone fixed with him yesterday and as long as she's happy I'm happy. Saved time and money. They did a great job fixed her iphone in about a half hour. Same day repair and he comes to me. If you don't like going to the Apple Store and waiting for 3 hours and appreciate fast service this is who I recommend. Trustworthy technicians are underrated. I fly around often, and during one of my flights, I dropped my laptop and the screen went out completely. The power wouldn't even turn on. I don't know how, but Tom managed to fix it and restored it to function BETTER than before. My laptop is a old, and no longer in production. Tom took the extra measure to specially order a new battery. Altogether, for the excellent service and skill in repairing my laptop, the price Tom charged was beyond reasonable. I was in an unfortunate emergency situation where found myself with a non functioning phone. I am handicapped and it's difficult for me to leave my house. Luckily my neighbor Lisa was able to get a hold of this company who she said would come to us and help us. Listened patiently to my rambling story and had it fixed within 10 seconds - and best of all? I wasted 3 days driving around LA trying to get my phone fixed or at least get the data out. I went to all the businesses with hundreds of 5 star reviews and none of them could fix my phone. One person said "no one could fix this without losing your data my friend"; another data retrieval place told me this would be a complicated job that would take up to 2 weeks and at least $400 to just get the data out and the phone would be unusable after. These are just two examples. There were other places that charged a reasonable price but spent a whole day on it and couldn't fix it, or it was that they "may be" able to fix it but there's a 40% chance that I would lose my data. Anyway, I was just about to give up when I messaged Jesse. He told me he could fix it in an hour and it'll be like nothing happened. I really didn't believe him when I handed my phone to him lol but he shocked me! He actually fixed it in less than an hour! I felt like an idiot wasting my time and going to other places. Not only I was overcharged For a repair that I didn't even authorized. I was told that I have no choice Because the work was done!!! . To avoid confrontation I had to pay for the repair Simply because I didn't want to stoop down to their level. Stay away from these scammers! they will try to scam you for your money.
