He was upset- remarking that he wished he'd have known this before buying the part and that I wasted his time. Brother- this is your job. Why wouldn't you give an estimate over the phone? It shouldn't take 7+ days to tune up a PC...The same guy from before helped me and he just blankly told me that they're still working on and it's not ready. They didn't even do a whole lot to the laptop I have no clue why it took them over 7 days to return it. It didn't even look like they wiped it down after using it nor did they remove their barcode sticker. Just terrible service I realized that after 1 positive experience, I got lucky and this place sucks. If you're looking for good customer service.
