From the minute I entered this dentist office to the time that I left, I never felt more cared for by a dentist team in my life, and that's saying a lot because I really loved my last dentist whom recently passed away.   I was in a traumatic accident where several stitches were required on my face and my front right tooth was lost! I am very grateful to DDS Gabriela Garcia-Rojas for taking the time to accommodate an emergency solution for my lost tooth so that I can continue to work. They were obviously very busy and the fact that they squeezed me in and took such good care of me was deeply appreciated.   The entire team are extremely professional, efficient and kind. I have been going to this practice for 20 years, specifically Dr. Garcia-Rojas and I may have an old review after Dr. Garcia-Rojas performed a miracle on a tooth I broke (and it was her day off!) a short while ago. However, recently I needed cosmetic dentistry for that tooth, and it was provided by Dr. Abramson last year and again very recently. (I broke what she fixed last time). If I have an out if the ordinary situation, Gabriela and/or the office gets creative, proactive, and sensitive to my financial concerns, such as when my crown broke due to a unique rare lab defect. She immediately called me herself to explain and made arrangement for me to get into her oral surgeon referral for a needed procedure, set me up for three sessions needed with her, and problem solved with the lab for replacement---all at zero cost to me and gracious, win win arrangements with professionalism and caring. Another time when I did expressed concern about the high costs of a different oral surgeon for a procedure the dental office does not perform, they guided me to the UCSF dental school for a far more reasonable arrangement. I have been a patient of Dr. Gabriela Garcia -Rojas for over 20 years. She's brilliant, kind and has the type of practice where I actually look forward To going to the dentist!!! Last Friday afternoon I chipped a veneer and then the whole piece came off. I left a message on her emergency contact ( office is closed on Fridays) and she got right back to me. She arranged for me to come in the next day, Saturday. She spent 2 hours Taking measurements, cleaning the Underlying tooth and made me a temporary. I thought I'd have to wait a couple of weeks for the lab to create permanent one . Sunday, Dr.Garcia -Rojas texted and Asked if I could come in the next day To take a look at a permanent one She was able to create in her office. I did, it's perfect. She's unbelievable !!!!! And all this was done as she was swamped with non emergency appts Before a well deserved week off. I'd give her all the stars in the Milky Way if I could. read more

I struggled quite a bit when my long time dentist in Sausalito retied a few years ago to find a practice that met my needs, especially for quality of care but also of customer service. Having now been a patient of this office for a long period, I want to strongly commend and recommend this practice. In fact, in addition to regular care and a few dental emergencies over the years, Dr. Garcia-Rojas just completed a very major cosmetic procedure for me. I'm in my 50's and when I was in college waiting tables 30 years ago, I struggled to pull together cash for essentially a very "entry level" (to put it politely) set of veneers for my 4 upper front teeth which had some gaps. While those served me well for three decades, they had reached the end of their useful life. So I recently went through a lengthy process with Dr. Garcia-Rojas that started with her referral for gum surgery to get the gums perfect followed by the removal and replacement of the upper veneers this time with 8 instead of 4. The recommendation to do 8 was mission critical because it allowed for a much more natural look than with 4. This was really an enormous project to get it designed and done correctly, and it went off absolutely without a hitch (during COVID days, no less). I have ABSOLUTE FULL CONFIDENCE in Dr. Garcia-Rojas. She is everything you want in a dentist: smart, driven, inquisitive, and most of all, obsessive to get everything perfect. This "OCD" attention to detail is extremely hard to find, whether for regular care, emergency care or elective procedures such as this. Dr. Garcia-Rojas, frankly, cares deeply in my view not just directly about the quality of her work but indirectly about the health and happiness (in terms of cosmetic appeal and comfort) of her patients. While I am at it, the whole practice is full of kind and excellent people. All of the assistants through the process, and there were multiple, they were all fantastic. And from time to time due to vacations or emergency schedules, I have also seen the second dentist in the office Cooper Differding. He as well is super talented and I always am very confident when he is treating me. So, for this whole practice: strong, strong A+. Highly recommended. read more

I picked this dentist office because I wanted to go to a) a woman dentist and b) a woman of color. It's kinda hard being a minority in Mill Valley - hey! I know! I was assigned to Dr. Laheri and she is the best dentist I have ever had in my thirty-something years. She's nice, professional and is sensitive to a patient's needs and concerns. Sure, this office doesn't have the TVs to distract you from your current situation. No, there are no gas masks to put you out (not that I've noticed anyway). It's just basic and clean and friendly. Although I have never met Dr. Garcia-Rojas, I am so glad she hired Dr. Laheri. I've recommended this dentist office to others and will continue to do so as long as I live here in MV. read more
