I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time because Dr. Gena and her team truly deserve it. I've been seeing Dr. Gena for years, and I can't say enough good things about her and the entire team. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. Last year, I unexpectedly passed out during an appointment and ended up being hospitalized for four days. Dr. Gena was incredible. She stayed calm, made sure I was taken care of, and genuinely cared about my well-being. I'll never forget how supportive she was during such a scary experience. I've also tried their SoftWave therapy, and it completely eliminated the leg pain I had been experiencing. I honestly wasn't expecting such a dramatic improvement, but it worked incredibly well for me. Another treatment I highly recommend is the trigger point massage. Estefanny is the absolute best! My job is very stressful, and I tend to carry a lot of tension in my muscles. Whenever I'm knotted up, her trigger point massages make a tremendous difference. Both Dr. Gena and Dr. Heather are excellent at chiropractic adjustments. They take the time to listen, explain things, and always make me feel comfortable. My neck and back pain have improved significantly over the years. Because I have an anxiety disorder, I don't expect to ever be completely pain-free, but regular treatment has made a meaningful difference in my quality of life. If you're looking for a chiropractic office with a caring team that truly puts patients first, I highly recommend Dr. Gena, Dr. Heather, Estefanny, and everyone at the practice. I had a similar experience as Georgette. Spent over $150 on the first visit, no treatment, just x-rays and evaluation. I was looking forward to getting treated, but I was late for my appointment the next day, and Veronica, the office manager, was so deliberately rude to me that I haven't returned. Another staff member was working me into that day's schedule, and Veronica interrupts, and tells her not to work me in. She then tells me, you have to come back another day. Purely out of spite because I was late for my appointment! I told her I wouldn't be back and left. Now I've spent all this money there and have to start over somewhere else. Very shady practice. Desk staff friendly enough, but don't get scammed. Make sure you have your jnsurance verified before they do your consult or your out $150. Also won't do an adjustment or anything until you buy a package of visits all at once. Been to several chiropractors and they are first to run this scam. Wonderful experience with this office. I started going to Dr Gena due to a headache that wouldn't go away when I was about 18 weeks pregnant. After my first visit I've never had the headache again. I continue to go for weekly adjustments during my pregnancy and I believe they are the reason I haven't had any back, neck nor hip pain as I near the end of my pregnancy. When I heard Dr G speak at a women's conference and she said you go to the dentist twice a year to check your teeth- "Have you ever had your spine checked?" Very profound and hit home.
