The owner was not there, and we were totally green in…read moreunderstanding how to use the Trackman software.... but the 2nd time around he was there and provided a very good demonstration of using the software... Now there is a lot of options, so it will take some time to understand the nuances, but my buddy and I played for 2 hrs the 2nd time and we became pretty familiar with the system... I'd recommend that when giving it a try, plan on trying to be there during the day when the owner is there, and schedule for 2 hours so you will have time to learn the menus and options. The most impressive part is that the Trackman gives you all the technical information to help you with your swing to make better contact etc... and there is air conditioning to make things even better

We tried to add 30 minutes to our session, but could not extend the reservation and therefore only had the option to play a new reservation for a full hour instead of 30 minutes we had time for. The parking is a little wonky as well. You don't park directly in front of the business but off to the side. Not a big deal but just worth being aware of. The place is very clean, easy to access, comfortable, and has a great selection of courses. The ambience is really cool and it's definitely worth trying out, especially on days where the outside temps are not pleasant for golf. There's also a reasonably priced vending machine with water, energy drinks, and chips. That was a nice surprise. We will likely be back again.

Tennis was something I hadn't done in 10 years, but wanted to give it a shot again. CATA was able to help me find a facility that met my needs (low cost, close). The even assured me I wouldn't be the only overweight person there, and that many people are getting into Tennis for fitness. He has a great personality and knows how to connect with his students. His approach is very simple. He asks what you want to work on or what you are trying to accomplish. He videotapes your swing. Then explains in simple terms what he sees and how he can help. He has several drills and very simple training gear to set you on the path to improving your golf game. He does not overwhelm you with "you need to be at this angle" but provides simple instructions/guidance to improve your ball striking and, of course, score!
