Julie helped us break it all down in a way that was easy to understand. She was very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods, school districts, and what each area actually offers. That helped us narrow things down quickly without feeling like we were guessing. One of the biggest things she helped us with was understanding the pros and cons of new construction versus existing homes. She walked us through taxes, long term costs, and what to expect in each scenario, which gave us a lot more confidence in our decisions. She also did a great job balancing both my preferences and my wife's. That's not easy, but she stayed patient and helped us find common ground without ever pushing us. We also spent part of the process renting, and she supported us through that phase too, which we really appreciated. Overall, she's thoughtful, informed, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit. Highly recommend.

Over the past several years, there has been a noticeable increase in excessive street parking, including vehicles parked near corners, blind spots, and other areas that create safety concerns for residents and motorists. In some cases, vehicles extend beyond driveways and obstruct traffic flow, creating potential access issues for emergency vehicles. There has also been an increase in damaged, abandoned, and inoperable vehicles remaining on neighborhood streets for extended periods. Despite reporting concerns through the proper channels, little seems to be done to address these issues or maintain consistent community standards. Speeding throughout the neighborhood has also become a growing problem. Residential streets should be safe for children, pedestrians, pets, and residents, yet this issue appears to receive little attention. What has been most frustrating is the HOA management company's attitude when concerns are raised. In my experience, the company is dismissive of homeowner concerns and does not handle criticism well. Rather than acknowledging issues and working toward solutions, they often appear more interested in deflecting responsibility. Unfortunately, my interactions with several employees have reflected the same culture. Customer service has been unprofessional, unhelpful, and at times outright dismissive. Homeowners deserve to be treated with respect, especially when raising legitimate concerns about the safety and appearance of their neighborhood. Enforcement also appears inconsistent. The company seems quick to issue fines when convenient, yet many obvious violations go unaddressed. I have personally observed situations that should have resulted in enforcement action under the same standards applied to others, yet no action was taken. This inconsistency raises serious questions about fairness and accountability. As a homeowner paying HOA dues, I find myself asking what value this management company actually provides. They are about as good as the current White House administration. Based on my experience, this company has fallen well short of those expectations.

    I am the first renter of a new complex. I moved in & my unit had not been cleaned. It's a brand new…read morebuild so there was a lot of dirt on the floors, debris on carpet, sawdust in my drawers. Cleaners came 3 weeks after move in & vacuumed, mopped the floors, cleaned toilets and changed trash. They were there for less than an hour. After move in, they changed my house number. No notice was given, no lease amendment was signed prior to change. I found out when I got back from visiting family. I then was told "It's not a big deal just call the companies to get everything fixed on your bills". it took an entire morning (4+ hours) to get things fixed, with no compensation. I still do not have my mail key and I have been here 3+ weeks. Every time I ask, they tell me to go to USPS & it's not their responsibility. I went to USPS and they did not have the keys which I told were dropped off. Still no mail. Overall, not a great first impression. I am military & move around a lot. I would not recommend this property management to future movers. I love the builder, Maurice. He is very kind & attentive, he's actually assisted more with the utility switches than anyone. The place is great, minus all of the things listed above. Moving across the country starting over again at a new duty station, this has been less than ideal. Very much added stress that could have been avoided. I believe they moved me in way too early. ******** Within an hour of posting this, they did reach out to me and were incredibly professional & attentive to my feedback. I was assured it was taken seriously, so I do believe these issues will be completely resolved for the next tenant.

Her advice in how to present and stage it was so on point and her patience and updates along the way (since we were obviously anxious) really gave us peace. She also helped us purchase the new home we are now living in and we couldn't have found a better "diamond in the rough" that we can put our touch on. Reinae has given us more great advice there since it's a 100 yr old home. We trust her implicitly and I don't take that lightly with investments of this size. My house was in TX, but I live in CA. I thought it would be a challenge to deal with the house remotely, but she took care of all the arrangements, including the final walkthrough with my tenants, repairs and renovations. I watched the market for several months prior to listing my house. Interest rates were high, demand was low, and houses in my neighborhood were sitting on the market for weeks and months. But Reinae is an expert in her field, and knew what to do to get the house ready for sale. With her guidance, I decided to make some repairs and update the floors and paint. My house was listed on a Thursday and I accepted an offer (for the listing price) 3 days later. We closed less than a month later. Something I really appreciated is her ability to give me advice without being pushy. She armed me with information and made sure I knew all my options, but she respected my opinion and supported any decisions I made. On the other end of the spectrum, when I needed guidance and someone to help me make decisions, she stepped up and helped me come to a decision with confidence. Lastly, she is a good person. She is a professional woman with a successful business, but there's a lot of heart behind her work.
