Apparently, the owner, Sairam, only cares about squeezing out as much money as possible. Any company that tries to actually fix problems gets the boot. He's found ways to fire them and pocket more cash. Right now, the place is being "managed" by IKON, which, surprise, surprise, Sairam owns. So, there's basically no real background checks happening. And get this, they're running a bunch of illegal Airbnbs, which are totally against the rules--unless you're Sairam, of course. This place used to be decent when other companies were running it, but now? It's all about filling apartments, no matter who they put in there. You pay for parking, but you might as well park in the dirt for free, because some dirt spots are free. They charge you for package handling and garbage collection, but the place is filthy. The floors are always disgusting, the parking garage is never cleaned, and the stairwells are full of trash, despite what the owner says. It honestly looks like a run-down, low-income building, which is insulting to people who actually live in those types of housing. Someone else mentioned "valet trash" and "clean halls," but that's maybe true for like, 15% of the year. Sure, they take the trash out sometimes, but it's not regular. There were times the entire floor was covered in trash bags, just thrown in the hallway. The smell was awful. Sometimes they'd just dump it in a cart and leave it in the hall or the garage. And it's not safe. There's been a ton of police activity lately. There's no courtesy officer living on site. The garage door into the building doesn't close properly, and one of the keypads is broken, so anyone can just walk in. Why not fix it? Oh, right, because it would cost money. The only good thing about this place is Diana. Everyone loves her, but like everyone else who's worked there, she probably won't last. I'm so glad my friend got out of there. It's gross, it's dangerous, and despite what the website says, there's nothing luxurious about it. The owner only cares about money, and he won't spend a dime to make the property better.

Our agent, Kendra, made the entire move-in process seamless and was extremely communicative from start to finish. The office manager, Mary, has also been incredibly helpful and responsive anytime we've reached out. When we arrived at the property, we noticed the heater wasn't working. Morris Green immediately sent out a tech from AirZone Heating & AC the very same night, and they had it up and running in no time. Huge appreciation for their quick action. They also arranged for Sunbeam Carpet Cleaning to come out, and the carpets look great--our technician did an awesome job. Today, their handyman Ezekiel came by to repair a kitchen cabinet, and he handled it quickly and professionally. They'll also be returning to complete a few remaining items in the bathroom. So far, Morris Green has done a great job staying on top of service requests and making sure our family is taken care of. We truly appreciate the support and look forward to continuing our rental with them. Highly recommend!

When I contacted Keller Williams I spoke with a very nice lady, I believe her name was Marcia Baltimore. I told her I was looking for a 3 bed 2bath 2000/sq ft preferably wood throughout, big backyard, crown molding, stainless steel appliances home for around 200,000, she was able to put together a search and returned the results to me in a few hours. I was very impressed by her timely manner and her professional demeanor, but I was even more impressed with the results of findings there were so many homes to choose from it was hard to narrow down my favorites. Once I did narrow down my list I had about five properties that I wanted to see. Marcia and I set up a time we could meet at Keller Williams so that we could preview each house. When I met her she was just as pleasant in person as she was over the phone, I asked her if she wanted me to follow her in my car, she said " no if you wouldn't mind I don't mind driving us" music to my ears with gas being as high as it is Lol! She drove me all around Austin to take a look at all five properties. Even though I could not decide on which one I liked she told me " it is a big step and that I had time to think about it". My experience with Marcia was above and beyond any expectation of a Realtor, she was professional, kind, well-spoken, knowledgeable, but most important Genuine.
