At $100 per month, I decided to give it a try. She said I could phone, text, or email her any day at any time. I didn't believe it at first. But sure enough, I've texted her at night on weekends and she has responded in just a few minutes. Amazing! I don't make a habit of it because Dr. Acher has to live a life, too. My first in-office appointment wasn't even an annual physical, but she talked to me for about 40 minutes. Nothing was hurried. I never felt as if she had to rush to the next patient. This time we did a medium depth all over the face, giving a little more "love" to the lines around the mouth. Then for the first time at his suggestion and professional opinion, I did Vollure under eye filler to help alleviate loss of volume. There definitely is a difference, but he told me immediately following that I may need a more aggressive approach to my eye area. I also did the Versa peri oral lip filler to help plump out the lip lines. ABSOLUTELY love this and its super natural looking as well. I waited a bit to write my review because I tried the PDO absorbable threads inserted to help stimulate collagen in the upper lip/nasal labial region. This after a month just seems to get better and better! I would be happy to share photo's if anyone is interested. In my opinion, Dr. Suh is like a one stop shop. Another cool thing is that Swedish uses MyChart, an online personal health record system where you can see your medical history, appointments, messages from your doctor, etc. Strangely, when I called to make an appointment, the receptionist said that Dr. Karmali did not have any openings until January 2015. However, when I went online to MyChart, I saw multiple openings between now and the end of the year. I ended up making an online appointment with Dr. Karmali for early December and cancelling my phone-made appointment with another doctor at Swedish. I am so excited to go see Dr. Karmali again soon!

Dr. Karmali set me up with MyChart (available to all Swedish patients) when I moved back to WA and through that I am able to discuss issues with her without having to make an appointment to go into the clinic (I'm already there enough as it is!) and she is quick to get back to me usually same day but definitely within 24 hours. She even responds on her days off and to me, that is complete dedication and proves just how much she cares about her patients. I have recommended her to a couple of friends and they love her as well. Dr. Karmali is very knowledgeable and caring.
