Dr. Jeunesse is very Unprofessional!!!! I only went there because I bought a Groupon for 50 units of Botox.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! The office is dirty and does not look professional. The staff seem uninterested in the satisfaction of the patients. Dr. Jeunesse is one of the most unprofessional physicians I have ever had! He rushed in, did not explain or tell you what he is doing, applies injections and walks out! Does not even give you instructions or allow you to ask questions if you are a new patient do not expect him to give you instructions. I am not sure what product he uses but I had to go back a second time and the Dysport did not work after 2 visits!! Dr. Jeunesse told me if I wanted results I would have to purchase another 50 units (this was after I had already purchased 100 units) I would NEVER recommend this doctor or this office if you truly want a quality and good results. read more

Dr. Jeunesse is hands down one of the best doctors I've gone to. My first visit there the staff was professional and very welcoming. If you ladies or gentlemen want botox or fillers and all that fabulous stuff I would highly recommend him to anybody. I'm a surgical tech and I've worked with plenty of doctors. He has a great sense of humor, you can talk to him about any procedure and he goes into depth and answers all questions. I'm giving this place 2 stars because the doctor was extremely friendly and even though he still gave me "recommendations" on other procedures, he wasn't pushy. However- please listen to these other reviews. I did something I never do and purchased the Groupon without checking reviews. Let me start by saying I don't do Botox, I prefer Dysport, so I thought hopefully the problems others were coming across wouldn't happen to me. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case. I've received Dysport for many years so I am familiar with how it SHOULD work with me. Dysport works fast, sometimes noticeable that night, but after having had my injection 11 days ago, with very minimal results and I mean minimal, I have to conclude that the product I received was either watered down or I wasn't given the units I paid for. Oh and he's extremely rough when injecting you. I have to definitely say do not go to this place, at least for injections. read more

I went in to see Dr. Jeunesse for the second time and I really enjoyed both experiences! Very professional and does great work that's noticeable but still suttle if that is what you're looking for! The doctor and all of his staff were very nice. They made me feel very comfortable from the start. The doctor did a great job with my Botox. It was nice having the actual doctor do the treatments instead of a staff member. Made me feel more secure. Also, he did a much better job than the majority of places I've had it done by before. I've had treatments before that were ok by others but after him I won't go to others. My face looked refreshed and he even placed it so it gave me a nice little eyebrow lift which makes a great difference in my overall look. read more

Dr. Jeunesse is amazing!! I've had fine lines around my mouth and forehead for years...but have always been to scared to have anything done about it. I saw the negative reviews of this Doctor & while reading, I bore in mind the fact that people generally go out of their way to scream their complaints & grievances as loudly, repeatedly, & publicly as possible, but those who are content (or even impressed) often tell their family & friends, but do little more beyond that. I called Dr. Jeunesse's office after spending 2 weeks in the throes of a migraine, knowing that I was leaving in only a few days for a lengthy, outdoorsy family vacation in only a few days. I had let my self-paid forehead botox go for far too long & my pain-frowns were causing muscle cramping & nerve pinches which were multiplying my pain levels by tens. I was miserable. They agree to see me IMMEDIATELY. I mean, in 30 minutes! I went in, spoke w/the handsome, kind doctor, signed off on my paperwork, & he injected me. I paid for 40 units of botox (at an unheard of $249.00!!! Holy cow! I usually pay more than $600!) &went off on my merry way (I should note, per the bad reviews, others said their botox sites were itchy & red, but in the aftercare instructions it clearly says to avoid massage/rubbing the area, strenuous exercise, & profuse sweating or else the botox may spread into unintended areas, causing itching & redness...hmmm. Maybe they should've read the papers the doctor provided...). That VERY NIGHT, my muscles were nearly immobilized! Less than 24 hours! Holy cow! I called back in the morning & asked if the doctor could completely immobilize my forehead because my pain levels had not lessened. Again, I was seen within the hour, & for the same cost! Three days later, while camping in 110° weather in Moab, my forehead was frozen solid & my pain was barely registering a 3 on the pain scale! I will NEVER trust anyone but Doctor Jeunesse with my face, ever, ever again! He is wonderful & doesn't deserve the flack he's received on Yelp! I'm going back for some laser treatments & various fillers as soon as I can! Trust this man! You won't regret it! This man is a fraud. He claimed to provide a Coolsculpting treatment but it was not Coolsculpting at all. Do not trust him.

DO NOT GO HERE !!! I went to see dr Jeunesse for Juvederm in my lips and he didnt massage the product in for one which is odd to me .Secondly , I walked out of there and my lips werent even swollen basically no change whatsoever. I've been getting filler in my lips for years now And never ever did i walk out NOT swollen .I dont think that was juvederm or he diluted it or something because something wasnt right! Also , i didnt see him pull the syringe out of the box . He took me to a room, left and came back with a syringe in his hand that he got from god knows where. I asked him if this was a 1cc syringe and he said yes but there is no way because the syringe looked small and half full. I disputed the charge and my bank gave me a full refund thank god. This guy rips people off and he poses as Dr Jeunesse but thats not even his real name !DO NOT GO HERE! Other reviewers have said the same about his filler so obviously Im not the only one he ripped off. read more
