This is literally the best dentist and hygienist I've ever been to. So happy I found them. Definitely recommend!

She didn't listen to me. lol However, the people here were able to successfully talk her into making the right decision. The surgery was swift and successful. The nurses and Dr were all kind and had lovely beside manner. They did make me pay ahead of time, before they treated her. This was different. I'm accustomed to being billed later, after they find out how much insurance will pay. That's my only complaint.

When I went back a month or so later to ask if they were done pre authorizing my insurance I was met with a rude secretary who didn't want to acknowledge me but finally told me it would be 6 weeks. I checked back again at 8 weeks and was told they had trouble getting the doctor to write up the invoice. It's now been over 14 weeks without a word. 8 weeks I could have already started a lengthy treatment. Seems they don't care to have me there. I'll have to go somewhere else. This sucks after paying their $700 non-refundable consultation fee that I'm going to go somewhere else to pay them to start over but I no longer trust them. Seems like they just wanted the $700. Someone who can't handle simple communication isn't someone I trust to operate on me. Maybe you'll be more lucky than me. Good luck.

The front desk lady was nice (however, couldn't tell me how much they would charge me just for a checkup) nice as well as the "nurse" that was helping me get my X RAYS done. As I sat in the chair they told me that first the doctor will look at my x rays and after the hygienist will come and check out my gums. They did NOT give me a choice on the hygienist look. The doctor came in, she was kind and told me that the problem was in my retainer which was pretty reasonable. 20 minutes later the hygienist walks in. She started looking at my gums. Again, no one asked me whether I wanted her to do that or not. I wanna point that out. After she was done, she talked to me standing, staring into the computer, which is fine. Busy people I guess. The end of my visit was the worst part. The "finance" lady came in. Not sure what her title of the job is. She brought me to her desk and started talking about the hygienist treatment that I never asked for. Asking if I will be looking at financing and stuff. Again I came in just for tooth pain which was caused by my retainer. I politely declined the treatment, saying that I will be flying back home and maybe there my doctor can look at that. Which after I heard "then why did you come in today ?" I told her "I came in with tooth pain which was caused by my retainer" She replied "Maybe I am not understanding something, why did you set up an appointment?" "Why did you come in?" ...like I came there for nothing. At that point she was just trying to make me feel stupid. Saying out of pocket remarks... and asking when I will be flying back home. For what? If I don't want to do the treatment, I don't. SO PUSHY AND RUDE RUDE RUDE.
