She still failed to walk across the hall to the bathroom to handle the issue. Between her warning me beforehand, and her doing nothing after the fact, her actions gave the impression that she expected me to resolve her pest problem for her. DON''T LEAVE A ROACH IN YOUR BATHROOM!!!!! I expect a healthcare practitioner, and business owner to exercise better judgement, act responsibility, and have the capacity to exhibit a shred of compassion towards others. She wasn't even the least bit remorseful for the incident. The whole experience was shocking, disgusting, inappropriate and unacceptable.

I've had acupuncture done many times before and my experienced acupuncturist would carefully apply multiple needles after discussing the areas that's bothersome and attach electrodes for electric therapy. Dr. Lee's technique was haphazard and provided no relief. Furthermore, he tried to relieve my pain by having me stretch against his resistance, all of which was very fast and rushed. Didn't provide any patient education on exercises to do at home until I asked. The whole visit was probably less than 15 minutes and it felt extremely rushed, impersonal and unfocused. Here's the major warning- he's actually very money hungry, which is why he treats patients like they are on a conveyor belt. When I saw the bill for my less than 15 minutes visit, my jaw dropped. It was close to $450! I believe he does the very bare minimum, so he can input the necessary codes to bill your insurance. Very sketchy, not a trustworthy doctor. Did not help relieve my pain, rushed through the visits, and manipulating the system to squeeze every penny from his patients. Distant, fast and did not seem to care about your ailments.

He did not give me a guarantee but he offered me an alternative to what would be an invasive & painful surgery with a difficult convalescence & an unpredictable outcome. The spinal decompression treatment is rigorous, starting five days per week for first two weeks of the twelve week treatment. The treatment itself is painless & relaxing. Dr. Bae & his staff are competent, caring & joyous. They have been so kind & supportive & accommodated me in every way. The office is scrupulously clean @ all times. There is plenty of on site parking & several major bus lines stop in front of the office. I have completed three full weeks of treatment & I have already noticed a significant improvement. After a quick exam, he suggested a two-months no-commitment cash only treatment for $3500 as my mom's case is one of the worst he saw. If we decided to take each treatment without two months package, it would be $300. He said no other treatment will help her while this treatment might (again, no guarantee here). Once two months treatment is helpful we have to take two additional months to complete, all for $7000 if paid in advance. It's all machine based 2 hours treatment. We asked why no insurance coverage if this is only treatment helpful to a patient like my mom and dr. Bae basically explained that it's simply because the insurance companies are all evils. BTW this is a comment from a doctor who was willing to send a fake claim for the chiropractor treatment (claiming it were for PT) currently not covered by my mom's insurance. He warmth and conversation is wonderful and a shame her profession is to work inside your mouth, otherwise one could speak to her all day! She diagnosed my husband's pain issue and detailed the necessary steps to resolve everything. My husband hadn't seen a dentist in 3 years since his childhood dentist retired. He then told us he would provide acupuncture for us for no charge because he wanted us to try it. It was strange but we figured he was being nice to us because we knew one of his good friends. We ended up spending nearly $300 for the office visit and some herbs on the day of the visit which we were told was all we were going to be responsible for. Unfortunately, we just received a bill in the mail for over $100 that says it was for the acupuncture. I called the billing dept and they said they spoke to Dr. Lu and he is denying that he said it was free and the bill needs to be paid. Very low and dishonest I recommend everyone to find someone else.
