Each time the response was "let me see if the doctor will still see you," which clearly shows there is no consistency or real consideration for patients' time. What's frustrating is the double standard. Patients are expected to be perfectly on time, yet there seems to be no accountability when the office runs behind or inconveniences others. Life happens, whether it is traffic, work, or unexpected delays, and most professional offices understand that within reason. It is disappointing because this reflects a lack of respect for patients, not just a strict policy. Based on our experiences it is not surprising to see other negative reviews mentioning similar issues.
